We are about done with this King Soopers location. Every time there is always something "out of stock" that we are wanting. The last situation was 7-14 around 6:00pm. They were completely out of hotdog buns. Not just the value brands, but even the high dollar Ball Park brand. How do you run out of hot dog buns? Even their meat department is becoming less ideal. 5 days before 4th of July, they had no briskets. PLENTY of pork products though. I overheard some of the staff talking and one made the comment "I guess we need to get more meat, but don't think it wont be here for couple of days". If your on your game, you prepare for the busy times and order more. This is not Japan, that runs on the "JIT" ordering system and can actually get products here in timely manner. And to make things worse, I have been comparing prices on several everyday value brand products between this location and the Safeway on Lowell and KS's are higher on most products. Not all, but most. I feel this is a reflection on management and whatever ordering system they use by not preparing for seasonal items as needed and constantly changing prices based on higher demand.

Fruits and vegetables was empty or picked over. No grapes, blueberries, tangerine.

The store is well stocked. They do not have enough checkers and lines are long, especially at customer service. I was also yelled at today by a wagon lady for I guess not putting my purse in the cart fast enough for her who wanted to add a wagon to the stack. I try to shop on 287 when I can.

Natasha needs to learn how to talk to customers and employees she thinks she’s someone’s momma she’s lucky I couldn’t recorder in time she’s a p.o.s she needs a reality check and the new store manager Damien has some kind of issue to where he thinks he’s above the everyone else

King Soopers has the worst self checkout system ever created. The weighted system is absolutely stupid. Every time I use it a worker has to come over and dismiss an alert because any little disturbance in the weight causes the system to throw a fit. Wastes my time every time I use it. Makes me not want to shop at Kings Soopers at all.
Walmart and Whole Foods have self checkouts with no stupid weight system and they work flawlessly. No stupid voice annoying you while you check out either.
Get rid of the stupid weight system and get rid of the annoying voice.

I want to thank the pharmacy and specifically Julissa for my wonderful experience. I have been to many pharmacies over the years and her service and knowledge were and continue to be above and beyond. I am moving and need to either travel with my medications or simply get some of them transferred and she has truly worked to get me clarity and satisfaction with this. I'm so grateful for her help. Her dedication to accuracy and kindness is not random either, I have interacted with her on several occasions and each time I feel grateful for her help.

We enjoyed this beautiful new King Soopers. It is a huge store with large aisles, new carts, and an impressively clean Starbucks and deli area. I'm a produce gal that loves a good digital deal, so I was in my element! The parking lot is extensive, with multiple handicap spaces in front of doorways. The location is easy to access right off of Sheridan.

Terrible customer service. I wish I had gotten her name so I could let everyone know who she is but she had me so frustrated I could hardly see straight. If my kid had not been there I probably would have fallen on the floor and thrown a darn tantrum. As if the sky high prices and uncanny ability to always be out of what I need wasn't enough, now I have to also deal with a stubborn (add your own derogatory noun) on a power trip.

I've been shopping here for a year now and for the most part we really enjoy the store and what it has to offer. However the last few times we've been in the store, I feel like I'm being harassed by the self checkout lady! She literally hovers over me while I scan everything. She obviously knows I shop there regularly. I don't have any reason to steal and don't deserve to be treated like I do!! Kavetha is her name, so if you feel like she does the same to you, I strongly suggest letting her manager know! I understand doing your job but she takes it too far, and has no right to make people feel this way!!
