“One of my favorite post offices. Theres one guy there that is full of personality and is a joy to see. When my PO box wouldn't renew on like despite multiple attempts, the post office cancelled my box. He helped me get the exact same one back right away. He even helped me with some packages that got put in a locker.”
“I've been coming here for the last few years to have my package sent out. The staff is efficient and friendly. They also have lots of interesting novelties for sale. Some items would make a great Christmas gift.”

“Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The manager, Michael, is an absolute machine. While waiting in line, I watched him personally call a delivery driver who, possibly, had an important package for the man in front of me. Michael then coordinated for the two to meet ASAP to hand deliver the package. He, then, did the same thing for me after my package wasn't found at the location. I walked home, and the USPS delivery guys were waiting for me, package in hand. Phenomenal job.”
“Changed my address a month ago.. haven’t received any mail at my new address. After a stop at highlands ranch post office and no luck (also extremely rude staff as if they hate their job or something) I came to this location and the supervisor Nathan found the check that I was waiting for. Thank you Nathan❤️ it doesn’t take much to go above and beyond because people these days aren’t even doing the bare minimum. I appreciate it!”

“I came in today with a QR code to scan. I forget the name of the lady who helped me but she’s always on the far right, has a Bob and wears glasses. Her label maker stopped working in the middle of printing my label. She was very apologetic and worked as quick as she could to fix the label maker and insured my experience was as speedy as possible.”
“This location is always properly staffed and has everything you need from a post office. They sell a multitude of stamps, envelopes, stationary items sturdy packaging and much more. NEVER a line when I go in, always friendly people and easy parking.”
“I’m always vigilant going to USPS because you just never know what you’ll be met with but today was truly the experience I always want to have going to USPS. I went around 9:30 am 6/25/24 and was met with a friendly greeting followed by exceptional service. I don’t remember the women’s name that helped me but she was so great and helpful!!!”

“I've always had great a great experience at this post office. The post office in general gets a hard time. Whether I'm getting stamps, mailing a package, getting a money order or anything else - the staff are always helpful.Today, I visited because the key to a package locker jammed and I couldn't retrieve the package. I went to the post office in person to ask for assistance. They took down the location details and said someone would check on it. I figured it'd take a while for them to get to it. By the time I'd driven back to the location there was already someone their unlocking it and I got my package. Couldn't ask for better service than that!”
“Pleasantly surprised! This is my local post office, middle of downtown was hesitant, especially with reviews. 3 postal workers behind the counters, ALL happy, good music on, fully stocked packaging material area. It took me about 5 minutes to package and label my box, about 6 people came and were serviced in that time. When I walked to the counter, I was instantly greeted and helped. For shipping, I HIGHLY suggest this location if you are near.”

“I used this post office maybe 3 times during my stay in the area from 1997 - 2019. There were times when the Welshire Postal station on Evans Ave was closed and used this location. It is a small office with hit or miss service. Some employees are great, then some employees were brought in from other stations that filled for those that took time off hence the hit or miss part. Can't complain much as they do the best for what they have to deal with especially with that idiot LeJoy in D.C. running the Postal system into the ground!”

“This has got to be my favorite Post Office I've ever been to! I love walking in and seeing a line of angry people held up by one elderly woman at the counter trying to write a check to ihop without her glasses on. All while the person working at the counter blankly stares into an oblivion. I love the front door that doesn't quite shut all the way. I love the dusty glass case that no one's touched in 15 years that's full of digital package scales and calculators for sale that partially bottle necks the lobby. I love when the occasional worker barrels out of the back to yell at everyone to get in line while everyones already in line. I love hearing the guy in front of me have a full volume Facetime call with his girlfriend. I mean, what's not to love about this place?”

“This is a big and nice post office. I drive farther to go to this post office because they always have four mail clerks on the weekdays and a they have a couple of self serve post office stamp machines. They are very helpful and good with customer service and they get you out fast. I highly recommend this post office.”
“First of all this is not the main USPS office! It’s on the next street on Marion! I’m sure gps got you confused as it did with me! The main USPS office is on Marion or google Park ave Tacos and it’s next to it!The lady who work there so as the Supervisor I think his name is Paul are super amazing and helpful! “I visited the Nome location on 6/11/24 to receive help because I was getting nowhere with the Aurora location on Abilene, Denver S Holly location nor the 800 main number.
Taleese and Shalia handled me with care and went above and beyond to take care of me. After dealing with my certain issue for over a week and getting different information from the other 2 offices and the 800 dealing with these 2 ladies was a breath of fresh air.

I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away .
