Such kind and generous people! Not only did they support my son with his 4-H project but when we went to drop by a thank you note, I unwittingly wore a hat with another companies logo on it. Darin, teasingly said that would never do and gave both my son an I new CAT hats! They have certainly earned my business!

ZERO stars for Customer Service. The "switchboard operator" named Mandy or something was SUPER misinformed apparently and I called asking for an employee that I KNOW works there and she rudely told me he did not. Long story short, huge emergency gone wrong thanks to "Mandy" answering phones for Wagner Equipment. Smh.
