The crew was great, they helped me out of a bind I was in with one of my tires showing wire and helped me get all of them replaced. We would have liked to keep the old tires but they are working with us which I really appreciate. I send everyone I know yalls way?

I love this place for most of my tires! I know 17 in low profile tires are expensive but this place makes it hard and extra expensive for one of my vehicles.

There is ni discount here 1200 for 2 tires and then they stand around expecting a tip. Then they even charged more when they found out a church was trying yo help us.they charged 200 dollars more i asume they are anti Christian

Had an emergency while traveling for vacation and these guys got me a new set of tires quickly and got us on our way. We had dogs with us and they were great about letting the dogs hang out.

All I can say is that Andrew ( my service writer) was very professional as well as his crew. He had the tires I needed, and applied them to my trailer in a reasonable time frame. Did I mention that I was traveling on vacation. To find this level of service in a strange city and state was amazing. Thank you DURANGO, CO DISCOUNT TIRE!

Been a long time customer here and today was the first day I felt like the focus was selling me tires. I brought in my car for a tire rotation and was instantly told I needed new tires. We bought the tires at this discount for my car in December, which the employee confirmed. Then I was told they’re not the greatest tires and weren’t meant to last long even though they were highly recommended by the employee there who sold them to us in December. Nonetheless, I left there with no rotation and feeling a sale was the most important. I went elsewhere and was told the tires would be fine to rotate and still had plenty of life left on them even though they weren’t worn evenly.

They saved our road trip. We were driving to New Mexico and our rental car said there was 31 psi. There was a nail in our tire. They fixed it fast and for free.

I was en route from AZ to Boulder, CO and one tire developed a slow leak. By the time I got to the Discount Tire in Durango it was flat and the tire was ruined. The Durango office didn't have the exact tire to replace it, but "Andrew" did find the right tire at a store in Colorado Springs, then installed a loaner to get me to the Colorado Springs store, where "Joe" made sure they swapped it out for the correct replacement tire. Their teamwork got me back on the road with only about an hour of delay in total and the Discount Tire warranty certificate paid for everything. I'm so grateful to the staff of both stores and to Discount Tire for taking care of me and backing up their products! Happy customer of theirs for like 30 years now and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

This review is based on a couple experiences in the past few months.
The first was back in February when I showed up to have my winter tires aired up for a trip out of town for work. The tire-check fellow mentioned that the metal stems on some of my tires were rusted and will need to be replaced asap, as in ASAP. I brought the car in the next day, and when one of the managers went to check the stems, they fell right off. The stems were replaced, free of charge, and I went on my way. So, thanks for the prudence of the tech worker on having me take care of these stems.
The second time was last week, when I was swapping out my winter for summer tires/rims, which I do twice a year at home. This time, I could only swap out 3 tires because when I went to loosen the lugs on the last tire, they tightened — not good. I called DT and was told to stop by, which I did. Very short wait for help in the middle of the day. Tech guy listened to me and said he’d need to talk to his manager. Marketing Manager Kyle B. talked with me, remembered my stem issue from a couple months prior, and said to just take the car to a shop to have the lugnut bolts replaced and bring back the bill to be reimbursed.
All said and done, I had repair/reimbursement all taken care of that day. Just want to add praise to Kyle for not just helping me out, but also being courteous and professional throughout the scenario. And, thanks to DT for providing this reimbursement as a policy — it’s a minor cost for the amount of positive experience a customer, like me, walks away with instead and most definitely adds to business from me in the future.

Absolute joke of a location. Came in to get a tire plugged. There were all of 3 vehicles being worked on. 8 employees. Told me 3-5 hours TO PLUG MY TIRE. We have brought our fleet vehicles to discount for years. Spent 10’s of thousands on tires. You lost our entire companies business with the deplorable customer service. Don’t waste your time here. Go elsewhere.
