Aspen Design Studio is one of the most unapproachable businesses I have ever encountered. My husband and I have tried to work with them for several years as a potential new client. They do not return phone calls, do not respond to materials that they themselves have requested and in general are unresponsive and arrogant. I would suggest that potential clients think twice before engaging their services.
