We recently worked with Cheryl Braunschweiger and her team at ULC to obtain a home loan. I have nothing but good things to say about her and our experience - she was communicative, kind, and very helpful through the long and often confusing process of applying for a mortgage. I would absolutely recommend her and ULC to anyone looking for a mortgage lender/broker!

Nancy and ULC were exceptional! It had been so long since I owned a home, I was anxious about the process, which I had heard was quite cumbersome. Nancy accompanied me all along the way ensuring I knew what she needed and by when. She provided expert education and navigation when there were a couple of complicating factors. She was available to respond to my questions. She had an exceptional working relationship with the Realtors. I felt she was a part of the team to ensure I was able to move into my new home. I was referred to her by a friend who said she is the best in the business. I would concur!

Bob was amazing to work with from our introduction all the way to the closing. He either anticipated questions and answered them proactively or he quickly got us answers for ones he couldn't answer at the moment. Very fortunate to have found him, and I will work with him again if I need anything mortgage-related.

Leanne M. had us an approval inside of a business day and made the process very easy. She went above and beyond with recommendations to improve our credit score and in the end was able to get us a much lower payment than we originally thought we would have. I used a different lender in the past that is very large in this area and I'll certainly give ULC a call for all future refi's and purchases.

Universal Lending and LeAnne Merciez, could not ask for a better experience and process. LeAnne was available all 100 times that I called to ask questions, she explained everything and helped me get my score where I needed it to be to get our home. I would most definitely go through this process again with them.
