everyone here is AMAZING at customer service besides the owner's wife. if she's not eating while checking you out, touching the neck of the bottles you intend to drink out of she's being rude to the years-long regulars who keep the place afloat. im SO GLAD to have another place to purchase cooking and drinking wine in my area.

This place is fantastic. The guy that works there, Seneca, is the nicest guy ever. He's always so kind, positive, and helpful. Great selection and fair prices. I totally recommend this place.

Call me. I'm the customer who ordered via Drizly for delivery on 1/30/22 for a Black Box. Your father seems to not believe me that this box of wine has turned from heat exposure at some point...while admitting that he knows little about wine. You've always made things right in the past and agreed when I brought wine back that had turned. I appreciate that you always made things right and believed me. So...call me. And I hope you can work things out with your father and his style of customer service which ended with "talk with the manager on Tuesday. Capiche? [Hang up.]"

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I was looking for recommendations on new wines to try and got 3 new wines that I'm excited to try! Very affordable too
