I must say after many good experiences with this company on the jewelry side I will never recommend for the the watch side!!!! I took a watch in for my wife that had a very basic issue that they quoted a reasonable price to repair however it would take more than a month to complete. The way I was treated was extremely poor and frustrating. I felt looked down upon and degraded because I was in my work clothes, but the next person that came in while I was waiting, had nice clothes on and was treated completely different with respect and kindness instead of distain.
I then decided to just have the part that was giving me grief removed as it was just a decorative piece and when I came to pick the watch up, they were going to charge me more than what they originally quoted to replace that piece and now the watch does not run as it was running perfectly before. I can see where the secondhand will rub up against one part at the top of the dial as if the works were put in crooked and now the watch will not run. I won’t even waste my time taking it back to them, due to the way that I was treated! It’s sad that they have people like this representing their family business.

It is a delight to settle into the beautiful and luxurious shopping experience that Williams Jewelers provides! My husband and I love working with Jon. He's not only very helpful and professional, but fun, too! Recently, Jon helped my husband surprise me with my first Rolex for our anniversary, and it is a beauty. It's perfect for me and I wear it all the time! Plus, Williams is the only local family-owned Rolex dealer in the Denver metro area. I would highly recommend Jon and Williams Jewelers to anyone looking for gorgeous jewelry and an unparalleled, relational and truly local experience.

I went to williams jewelers for a simple jewelry repair. Lisa helped me at drop off, and another lovely woman helped me when I picked up. I only spent $34 but I was treated like I spent $100,000. Both associates gave me their full attention and answered all my questions about repurposing some stones. My jewelry repair was done perfectly, and delivered when promised.
I have several beautiful stones that mean a lot to me and I’ll definitely be taking them here to design my new piece.

I decided it was time for me to get something nice for myself. With that in mind a Rolex is what I wanted. After doing some digging around I found that a Rolex AD was the only way to make sure I could get an authentic Rolex watch. So I went to Williams Jewelers of Englewood. I got an appointment with Jon and couldn't be any happier with the level service I received. From the moment I walked in he made me feel comfortable and not at all overwhelmed with their amazing selection. He took his time and showed ever piece without making me feel rushed. I did not buy immediately but instead went to Hyde Park to see their selection. That was a complete disaster. No personal service very much just in and out without any care or professionalism. So I immediately went back to Jon with his amazing attitude and service, the kind you expect when purchasing a quality piece of jewelry and with a toast of champagne I purchased my first Rolex! Please if you are in the market for any jewelry go to Williams and ask for Jon you want be disappointed. Thanks again!

I walked into Williams Jewlers a little over a month ago looking to purchase my first Rolex. I friend of mine had purchased her Rolex a few months earlier from Brittany so she made that introduction and I’m thankful she did because Brittany was very professional and kind. I had been on the waiting list at a few other AD’s for over a year and hadn’t been able to get a call on any of the models I was looking for. Brittany explained to me the timeframe she thought was realistic for what I was looking for and I felt comfortable and actually believed what she was telling me. Long story short, a little over a month later I received great news from her stating she had my watch….i was ecstatic as you can imagine. I requested a digital invoice, she sent me one, I paid and the next day I picked it up. She took me into the Rolex lounge to make sure it fit properly and I loved it. That was a cool experience and I really appreciated it. I had nothing but a great experience buying my first Rolex from Brittany at Williams. Can’t wait to get the phone call for the next one on my list.
