Best customer service I have ever dealt with buddy and Mark were easy to work with knowledgeable the utv was ready to go when we arrived and the buying process took only 1 hour total. This place is very efficient and well operated.

Myself and 2 other guys just bought (3) brand new KTM’s from another dealer because Sun wouldn’t price match. Sun’s loss was my gain. Perhaps you fools (Sun owner and sales manager) should try a littler harder to negotiate with a long time customer.

Had breakin service done on my PCX, and unfortunately the dealer did a much higher mileage service than Honda recommended, which cost significantly more.We worked it out with the service manager Jake who was very accommodating, got their system corrected, and refunded me the difference for the unnecessary work.A hassle, but I'm pretty pleased with this fair resolution.

Jesus and the rest of the sales team there had a ton of Information and answered all my questions. You should check out there inventory first if your in the market for a new toy. Again Juan was awesome to work with he had me in there in and out with a new Honda ATV!

I’m a big fan of the whole team over at Sun. From opening call to deal close to post purchase activities, the whole team served excellence.Rocco took my initial call to reserve a new bike and followed up multiple times to provide status updates. When the bike came in, he worked with me to make me a great deal. But it didn’t end there— Rocco kept in touch to make sure the bike was running smoothly. Rocco and the rest of the team are always making their customers feel like family.I was keen to make some mods, so Rocco put me in touch with his go to parts guy, Nick. And sheeeeshhh, Nick followed suit, going above and beyond to provide me all of the right information without pushing me in any self-serving direction— he truly was just providing the insights needed for me to make informed decisions about the right mods for the bike.Only unfinished business I have with Rocco and Sun is purchasing the next toy(s).

I went to Sun Enterprises for a 2022 crf250r after my buddy recommended I go down to suns and get my new bike from them. I was helped by will from sales. Will was very communicative and answered all of my questions, also he didn't make me feel like I was being pressured. Smooth & easy if you're looking to get a new bike definitely give them a call and look to speak with will he will get you taken care of !
