My fiancé and I were on the hunt for our wedding rings and were struggling to find a jeweler that treated us professionally and respectfully. Thankfully we stumbled across Sarah O on Blake street and had the most amazing experience with the whole staff and with Brie who was our consultant. We were able to slightly customize his ring to be exactly how he wanted it and I was able to find a band that fit perfectly with my engagement ring. I ended up having to resize my ring as well and that process was so seamless.
Thank you Sarah O and Brie for such a great experience, we can’t wait for our September wedding

The most amazing experience! I bought my wedding band online but still wanted a local in-store jeweler experience for an anniversary ring and every step of the custom design process was so fun and special! My sales associate Ava, and everyone there was so kind and invested in the process of my design. I could not recommend them more for a small business jeweler! Attention to detail, heirloom quality, unmatched to a remote online retailer!

I had an amazing experience purchasing an engagement ring at Sarah O. Lola and Ava provided above and beyond service - very kind, patient , and supportive. I was having a hard time deciding on carat size and they were so gracious about answering my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable with my decision. Went the custom design route with Sarah O's for my engagement ring and it is BEAUTIFUL. The customer service is second to none. I loved working with both sites. The employees there are helpful wherever you go. Will totally be going back for more jewelry down the line.

I can't recommend Sarah O. enough. I worked with Ava to put together my wedding ring and the finished product is better than I could have imagined (and it was ready a few weeks earlier than the estimate). The entire process was pleasant and professional, and Ava was very communicative and patient with my many questions - she was great to work with! Supporting a local, woman- and Latina-owned company made this delightful experience all the better.

What an incredible crew of women! We have shopped both locations & while both are great, the Dairy Block location has my heart.Allie & Taylor are amazing. Taylor helped us customize our engagement ring. Allie also offered to clean my earrings/necklace from them while I was waiting. They are patient, genuine and a delight to be around. They were super busy yet attentive to everyone who walked in. We laughed almost the entire visit as Taylor entertained our long list of questions. Such a sweet team of experts that we will be trusting all of our jewelry purchases with.

Sarah Oh is fabulous! I'm glad to have found this jewelry shop because I was driving myself crazy trying to shop online for the perfect engagement ring.The appointment I had was with Allie downtown and she was fantastic! Very thorough and patient. She offered her honest opinion when I'd ask, and didn't put any pressure on either of us! She had great attention to detail when showing additional styles/stones that she thought would match my style. She followed up as promised, and I absolutely love the ring!!! I'll be back for bands at some point and will be sure to ask for Allie again. I've been back a few times to get my ring cleaned, and all the gals have been just as friendly, so I doubt you'd go wrong with anyone else!! Sarah O is the place to go if you want to make your own custom wedding band! Taylor was such a joy to work with!! She was extremely communicative and set my expectations perfectly. The process was simple yet thorough. I couldn’t recommend them more, I’m in love with my ring.

I highly recommend using Sarah O! My girlfriend and I stopped by the Blake St location to look at engagement rings, and Allie talked us through all of the different bands, settings, sizes, etc. that they had available. She was very knowledgeable and patient, and ultimately we picked the perfect ring! I then emailed Haley (also at the Blake St location) who helped me through the actual purchase process, and she was able to procure a custom ring in a short turnaround time. Haley was quick to respond to all of my questions, and the ring turned out even better than expected. When I picked it up at the store, the entire team gathered around and celebrated how well it turned out. From start to finish, this was a fun, exciting purchase, and everyone on the Sarah O team deserves 6 stars for their service.

I got my engagement ring custom made from Sarah O. and OMG it is the most stunning piece of jewelry I have ever seen. The team is so helpful, both online and in person, and everyone there is truly dedicated to everyone walking away with their dream ring. (A special shoutout to Allie for helping me through the process!)Also, going into the store is FUN! The energy is so welcoming, and the staff really listens to what you are looking for and not trying to push the biggest/most expensive piece at you. 10/10 experience!!
