Lazy employees who act like they hate working here. You'd think after spending $350 bucks they'd be all over the customer service aspect. Their job seemed to really be an inconvenience to them. Will not return to this location again. Not the oriellys service I'm used too over at my usual location.

Don't spend any money here, I just called for a Wind Shield Repair Kit... they employee who works there told me I am going to have to come in and look...We'll I was driving at the time was like can you check on your computer or go look on the aisle...he's said again, your going to have to come in and look.... I told the employee I don't give a shit can you go look... the employee told me repeatedly. Never talk to him again like that... question. Is that a threat towards me the person who is calling... So the guy hangs up the phone.... Go no answer... it's an easy one Yes or No.... So I called like another 30 times... The Manager Dave kept hanging up on me, cause I was furious cause I'm the one calling your establishment for a product you might have, for my car... and he wouldn't listen to what I had to say, and is protecting is employee with ridiculous behavior on the phone...asking do you know who it is... no assshole cause you guys keep hanging up on me... Dave you should not be a manager,I told you that's no good customer service at all.... Fuck this place

I’ve mostly shopped here for replacement headlight and taillight bulbs for my car. I needed a particular wrench to remove the tail light cover from my car and when I bought the bulbs here, they let me borrow one of their wrenches to make the change in the parking lot. I really appreciate that kind of service since I doubt I will need that type of wrench again for the next 5-6 years.

Niko was amazing, helpful, and went far above and beyond to help me. He helped me test my battery, select the best one for me, and then spent the better part of an hour removing my (severely corroded and far past its lifetime) battery and replacing it. He had to clean the terminals and work quite hard to get me all good to go, and I’m incredibly appreciative of his help and friendliness the entire time.

Had a 5 star experience on the evening of 12/13. I needed a car battery replacement and Jesse helped me shop all my options with honest recommendations and without trying to upsell me. He was able to get my bad battery replaced and got me back on the road within 15 minutes. I’ll be frequenting this location for my future auto needs for the excellent customer service.
