I went to Kaizen in mid-December 2023 for an estimate on my 2015 Audi A4 because my driver’s side had been sideswiped. Both doors and the front and rear quarter panels needed to be replaced. I was told the soonest they could get me in was mid-February, and that it would take about 30 days to repair. I took the car back in mid-February for the repairs. It ended up taking 109 days to get my car back. I called multiple times through out the process and was told they were struggling to get parts because of COVID. It’s 2024, that excuse doesn’t work anymore. The work was done well, but if I had known it would take 109 days to get my car back, I would have checked with other repair shops.

Overall, I would recommend. My experience related to an insurance claim, so payment and the whole process was a little different.
First, I stopped in and wasn't able to make an appointment as the insurance company needed to verify. Once that was completed, I returned. Nick was very efficient and quickly determined the estimated price and set up the next appointment to get the car in for repairs.
Repair time was set for about two weeks and a link was sent that showed where in the process the repair was at. I loved having this, but, unfortunately, it was not updated. However, I did receive calls and texts about where we were at in the process.
The procedure ended up taking about a week longer than expected. However, an update was given and I was able pick up the car a few days before the updated expected completed date.
The work completed looked great! In addition, the car was cleaned and looked better than it had in months!
Customer service was good, timliness was a little slow and the product was wonderful. Would definitely use again...

The team at this location rocks. They are one of my insurance’s preferred vendors and I can see why. They kept me updated every step of the way and the one minor issue I had was easily resolved the very next day. Joey is excellent and makes sure you leave happy. Seems like people that have left negative reviews don’t seem to understand how busy hail season is for a body shop and that some body shops only work with certain insurances. I’m bringing my car back for another separate incident in a week and I know Kaizen will give me an honest estimate and do the best job on my repair if my insurance opts to move forward.

I went on June 11 for a simple hail estimate sat for 1.5 hours to be told we won’t have your estimate done today give me a couple days
It has been 2 flippin weeks called they said they are way backed up and still not sure when it will be done… Are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!! My hail is not that bad I went to DRP to make the process simple ! NO. More stress than I care for. I drive to 100 miles to a friend to get and estimate
We chatted and he still got me my photos and estimate within an hour
Not two weeks later and still not an estimate written.!!! This is the worst service I have ever seen.
I have been in the industry for 40 years auto body and insurance and if our shops ever did this shut down your drp location

They are short handed
Even more reason not to take in more work you cannot do!!!!
My estimate is 1500.00
God forbid for folks that have collision. Or larger hail damage oh just sit and wait until we find the time to do your customer service!!! My insurance has called a couple of times oh still working on getting it complete and no mine is not the only one
So sad !!!!
I put off selling my car to wait for estimate
Finally I just sold it as is take the hit !!!
I took 2 hours off work to make the last appt at 2 for the day to not get what I came for!!!
Very angry ?
Corporate needs to stop all estimates from coming in so they can do their job !!!!
Re inspector shut them off!!!

I was rear-ended by a distracted driver in Denver this week. I am an insurance agent and chose Kaizen based on thier reviews online, proximity to my residence and the fact that we typically refer them to our own clients. I called to set up an appointment, advised them I would be filing through the at-fault party's insurance and took off work this morning to get an estimate. Upon arrival I was informed they DO NOT work with the company I filed through and offered NO alternative whatsoever. This was a massive waste of my time, not to mention the lost wages added to the hassle I will not recoup.

Great experience with my car repair. They did a great job repairing the extensive damage when someone rear-ended me. Nick was very informative and always answered my questions when I would call. I highly recommend them.
