Yeah a hard pass on this vet. Came here long ago with previous pets and they were lovely. Now I would never take my fur babies back here again. I had a walk in and waited WHICH IS FINE. I get it completely. What I don't get is the lack of bedside manner and compassion /communication from dr Jason Rucker. My male cat isn't acting himself so I take him him. He pulls back his cheeks oh yeah, his gums are red. OK? What should I do about that? Oh, he might need a teeth cleaning gotcha. Then about his urinary issues oh yeah, most likely not a UTI. Could be crystals. Should change his diet to wet. OK ? He was extremely uninterested in answering any of my questions or concerns. My poor cat got two shots why oh and a prescription for gabapentin for when he comes back, comes back for what?? Try to ask the front desk girl he had charted anything and ended up being $130. So I spent all that time waiting around to have absolutely no answers and just get my cat shots. So definitely will not be returning here did leave a voicemail for the office manager, well see how this leads.

I was at this clinic a couple of weeks ago and I loved it. It was my first time bringing my dog to this facility and they handled my dog well. The doctors are caring and understanding. Definitely recommend!

Lets start here, Dr.Rucker. Not a very nice or kind Dr to my fur baby. They gave him a barium, which some how ended up all over him! Not only that he did not introduce himself to dog. Then he disappeared for 45 minutes after saying it would only be 15-20 minutes. Some lady also aggressively lofted my dog. Then they proceeded to put a muzzle on him after he stayed calm and did nothing. Overall, i would not recommend this place.

It was my first time at this clinic a couple days ago and I loved it! The service that they provide is great and the doctors were so nice to me and my dog!! Definitely recommend 10/10!

Getting in to a rush appointment for a rabies shot. Super friendly staff and super great doctor Rucker! Thank you so much. Kitty was so happy!

They used to be good but they misdiagnosed my dog's illness. Also, I called 3 times, left messages, they never called me. They dont seem to read emails either. They service has gotten bad.

I like the Dr Davies but the front desk literally never answers the phone. Our dog got staples a couple of weeks ago and we've been calling for 5 days straight trying to see when we go in to get them out. Left a message every single day with no return call. We don't want to walk in because the front desk ladies always act weird about that.

Broadview Animal Clinic has neglected two of my dogs resulting in death. Most recently my dog Rex was seen by Jason Rucker, who neglected my dog by not telling me he had cancer. He has passed away due to a rupture in his heart from cancerous mass that was surely found by the clinic but not attended to. Never trust your dogs in this clinic. They prefer older animals to suffer until they die, and take your money with useless surgeries. They don't care about senior animals, only puppies and kittens because that is where the money is.

Our 11 year old Lab had a mass on her that got an abscess on it. We took her to an ER clinic where they tried to drain it. It got super infected. That clinic quoted us $5,000 to get it removed. At that time we were trying to figure out what to do. We were contemplating putting her down when we ran into a friend who recommended Broadview! They quoted us $500-$700 for the same surgery the other clinic quoted us on. Broadview got her in the next morning for surgery. The surgery ended up being $353. I still can't believe how affordable they were! They took great care of my girl and saved her life! I'm so grateful for them. I will definitely be sending all my family and friends here!! THANK YOU BROADVIEW!!

If you schedule an appointment, make sure you don't have anything planned for at least a couple hours after. Every time I schedule something, (not walk in) I wait for at least 45 min. And the staff is rude about it too when I ask for an update.

My poor girl hurt her back paw a couple of weeks ago. I love the Staff and Dr Hill. For always caring for our fur babies. Best family pet clinic every chance I get to tell friends and family about a clinic its BROADVIEW ANIMAL CLINIC.

Update a year after this place killed my cat. It's taken me this long to write a review because of how horrible this situation was. The doctor missed a REALLY critical lab result and I only found it months later when my cat was critically sick and I requested records. My baby then died from a very treatable illness and I will not ever trust another vet.
