The service was excellent. Marcus was able to figure out the issue. He told me how long it would take and put me in a loaner car. I was able to pick up my car by the end of the day.

So trying to make a long story short, I took my car in for just a regular service here and sadly a mistake was made. After I received the car back and the mistake was discovered Mike Shaw Subaru, immediately admitted fault, took the car back and made all the repairs needed. They truly earned back my trust and showed character in how they handled everything. They made me feel taken care of and were extremely good at communication. Everyone makes mistakes, it’s what you do after that matters and they went above and beyond to rectify it and make sure it did not fall on me. I am very thankful for everything they have done and I will be back for future services because I know they can do a great job and if for some reason something happens, I know they will take care of it and I do not need to worry. Thank you specifically to Yago, who made my ordeal much less stressful and made sure I was in good hands!!

I was never rushed and I was always treated with the utmost respect. I never had a feeling that I was being “take him for a ride.” Everyone and I have a pleasure to meet from the finance manager, to my sales man, and she’s a sales manager were quite professional. I had the experience of having to take my car to the service department shortly after purchasing it and again, I was treated really well and I felt really comfortable and confident in the service that I received. I live in Good 45 minutes away and I chose this dealership because of the above comments.

Had a great experience with Tom as our salesperson. He took us on our test drive, and showed us features that I didn't even know the new Outback had! He made sure we were happy from start to finish, and showed me how to set up my customization before we left the lot. This dealership also has the best kids room I've seen so far, easy to keep them entertained while we signed the papers. Very happy we came here to get our new car, and I'll be very happy to get my service done here as well!

I loved buying my WRX from Mike Shaw. Cliff was absolutely fantastic and made sure it was what I wanted and I was comfortable with the payments. While I waited there was water and snacks offered.
