Came in to transfer from another carrier and the front desk person was extremely unhelpful and rude. If you want business you should care and be able to communicate AND help find resolutions that not only help you get you new customers and business.
But show you actually care about your business and your customers.
What is wrong with the people you have working for you?!?
UPDATE: I went to a different location after my horrible experience with the CSR @ the Sheridan location. She told me I needed to contact Xfinity myself to transfer service. She also had no clue how to assist in retrieving the transfer pin information herself even with my account # and current information. Which is why she turned me away and sent me out the store.
The Metro location on Evans and Federal not only gave me 110% effort and attention but they transfered my service without it being stressful or impossible like your CSR! I got a new phone, case, screen protector and they helped me update my contacts, apps and photos to the new phone.
Completely different experience and vibe @ the Evans location. They were more than wonderful. The Manager and CSR Siyed and Siva were SO attentive, helpful and knowledgeable as far as transfers and products go.
Completely opposite the experience @ the Sheridan location which has a different owner.

Yo, went to this location and homeboi named David help me out with a new line of service and reactivating my T-Mobile WiFi gateway box, after I fought with T-Mobile for the last 4 months because T-Mobile set me up on a hotspot because they don’t have wifi in the hood and took me for 600.00 dollars, I recommend stay away from T-Mobile and go to this metro and ask for David!!!!!! T-Mobile is a horrible company and I know I’ve been with theme for 10yrs, and now have Metro for T-Mobile wifi that T-Mobile can’t provide me!!!!!!!!

David was extremely helpful with transferring my apple phone to the Android. Not only making me happy as can be but taking care of my auto pay . Very knowledgeable and much appreciated. Don t lose this employee. I have been in other t mobile and they can do nothing like he did for me. Thanks David
