I went in two weeks ago to pay my bill and paid it when I paid it they said it will take a few minutes for it to go in I was like okay. Then my phone started to work what I just now figured out was they changed my plan and now I'm wondering why I paid for the 60.00 plan and I go to the online payment site and it says I'm owe 54.00. It is almost like they stole my money just for a little bit of gain.

Took forever and was only customer. Then finally got phone and was walking out noticed my phone couldn't connect or dial. I swear when I went back in some one said "I told you he would notice." Avoid store at all costs. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of being bilingual.

I showed up on February 16th at 10 a.m. and a very kind and very helpful Mona Lisa help me decide which phone to replace the old one with explain my options, retrieve new device activated and had me out the door in 9 minutes! Thank you Mona Lisa and thank you T Mobile!!
