“Owner - Christopher is amazing and drives the business. Professional locally owned business- highly recommend. That said, not all All Labs are equal. The Centennial location is a clown show - made two appointments 1 week apart and no one was there either time. No call saying no one could make it in. Drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the Central Park location and you’ll be treated right.”

“The nurses and doctors were on it when it came to the health and well-being of my mother. They also comforted me and made sure I was okay! The care, concern & compassion they showed is exactly what one's experience in a hospital setting should be! Thank U SOOOOO much!!!”

“After a terrible experience at the lab Corp at Lutheran, I left there and went to the this one. There was a 45 minute wait but the staff was very pleasant. I'll never go to the Lutheran site again.”

“MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I was in and out in 20 mins! I hadn’t gotten blood work in a few years and was super nervous around needles (I have passed out before). I mentioned this and the technician was so sweet and talked to me the whole time, and gave me the option to move to a lay down bed instead of a chair. I didn’t catch her name but she had pink and purple hair and was so kind!”

“I was reticent to visit this location. There were a number of folks in the waiting room, but the team moved efficiently to process folks and do blood draws. I have never heard so many people request a technician. Give Marilyn a raise.”

“Great customer experience and helpful. We ended up being late because of an accident but they were so accommodating and still made it possible to get free test done”

“Had to wait quite a while for my appointment but after seeing many people walk up to the desk to yell at the staff I more felt bad than anything. Christa was professional and patient with me since I let her know blood draws make me anxious. The whole staff was really kind and accommodating, switching me to the room with the bed so I could lie down and be more comfortable. They only have three rooms available for blood draws and it looks like many offices forward there patients here, so I can understand the wait. Honestly I’d just be nice to the people who will stick you with the needle.”

“I came here for a drug screening for nursing school. I have come two other times for school. The front desk lady was polite and helpful. I did not wait long to be seen even as a walk-in. They provide water and cups to drink while you wait. The bathroom was clean. The lady performing the drug test was professional but not friendly at all. Overall, I would recommend this location. I do think that a bigger waiting room is needed as many people stood in the small room after the chairs were filled. There is ample parking. They do take a lunch break and close at 4:30 for drug tests.”

“I can't say enough good things about Mile High Medical Services. I needed blood work done for an upcoming doctor's appointment, but it's a big chunk out of my work day to go to the lab and I'm avoiding COVID-19 exposure as much as possible. Their nurse came to my home (twice now), drew my blood on the couch, and it took maybe 15 minutes. It costs $45 to have them come out, but it's well worth it to me, considering the hassle of going to the lab and the time lost from work. The nurses are warm and kind, highly skilled and efficient, and they didn't have a problem with my uncooperative veins. I hope they're around for a long time!”

“Ayat was wonderful and took great care of me - even though my veins are notoriously tricky, she got me on the first stick! And made me feel comfortable the whole time. Will definitely come back to this location in the future.”
