Driver checked in at 7 pm , and an appointment at 7 am. Driver goes to check at 4 a.m., and they say, "You are not checked in, I don't have your paperwork," but Driver gave it at 7 pm. All ladies were angry and didn't want to speak. I should call a shipper to send me a paperwork. Thank God he sent me that. The driver goes to print it out. When he comes again to security- she said again - wait, we will call. He goes again after an hour, and she said need reschedule then other lady said, "You will have a call in 20 minutes." So, they called he in 5 minutes. It's not a good security ?, very, very angry!!

guard lady very friendly and my appointment 7/25 9am but im checking one day early 7/24 4pm good company and unloading very fast same day i pick next load overnight parking available

Terrible place appt at 1pm and its 4pm still no door. If you dont know how to handle appt just make your facility FCFS.

Most rude security ever!, I had a 8:30am appointment I got there at 8:25am & had to stand in line,there was a couple people ahead of me, By time I get to the front of the line . It’s now 8:32am and she says your late your 2 min late. Luckily she didn’t reschedule . DRIVERS BEAWARE WORST PLACE EVER WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.

Throughout my years of trucking I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior just to check in for a load. This should not be tolerated, especially given the significant role the security staff play in the operation of this company! Interfering with inbound/outbound deliveries should be deemed as grounds for automatic termination.
I arrived onsite for a delivery on 7/11 at about 07:20 for a 09:00 appointment and checked in by 07:22 and wasn’t able to depart until 7/12 01:15. As I began to check in I walked up to the guard shack window and spoke and I started to ask about the paperwork needing to be filled out and overall check in process. I was blatantly ignored by Jasmine, the security guard. As I wait in the staging area to be called, Jasmine proceeded to text me over 3 hours later using her iCloud to inform me there was no appointment time for the po numbers I had. (Attached photos below)
By the end of the day I was able to find out Jasmine purposely didn’t check me in when I arrived and entered my arrival time for 10:22am causing me to miss my appointment. This not only caused a major delay on my load delivery but caused so much confusion. Upper Management will be notified to make sure this issue will be handled accordingly.

This place is a disaster it's been a long time since I've been stuck waiting this long. Appointment for 4pm got here at 3:30PM. Waited for a door until around 9:30PM. Trailer unloaded around 3AM. I'm asked to move from the dock and wait for paperwork. It's now 5:30 AM and I'm still waiting on paperwork. Been here for about 14 hours and counting. Lady at guard shack is beyond rude, haven't had to talk to anyone else. They didn't call me to tell me the trailer was unloaded so I was late to pay the $258 lumper fee which includes $99 for a restack fee even though nothing in the trailer was shifted. Trailer was only half full this should have taken much less time.

First of all they require check in 2 hours before the appointment, that is my dispatch fault. As for king sooner and not having enough staff to work truckers in is the main problem with these warehouses. I would give a higher rating if they had better facilities for OTR drivers instead of some nasty porto pots. Kroger do better!

Security guard falls asleep at check in at the gate. CAPSTONE lumper service took over 3 hours to start unloading. Terrible service agents and have the audacity to charge 356.00 bucks for their "service"! Cold day in hell before I come back here!!!!

If you have early morning or evening appointment make sure your reefer is 3/4 full or she will turn you away which she will check once you get door turn bol to office they will offload you got 2 options you can watch a movie or do oil change your choice.

1 You cannot be late even 1 minute because you have to reschedule an appointment.
2 I had to wait 30 hours for the next appointment to be able to download
3 it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to unload 2 pallets

Park first./O/N parking with porta/. Walk up to the guard.....they called me 2hrs.after my apptmnt.time to give me a door. After that i had my paperwork in my hands like in 40 min.
Here I am again fast unloaded. Frndly.pple.
But a lot of debris by doors.
