I had a great experience on Friday buying my bench from Sydney! I came in thinking I wanted a specific color and after she showed me some swatches and we compared the colors with my rug, I ended up with a more perfect shade for my new bedroom. I would absolutely shop here again.

So far, so great! So glad I stumbled across Interior Define's Tiktok ad. I was close to purchasing with another company but once I found Interior Define, they quite had the other company beat out in so many aspects. Sydney has been my design expert and has been super helpful and responsive along the way. Hope to be even more impressed once I receive my custom Sloan couch. :)

We've been loyal to Interior Define since we bought our living room couch from their pop-up store years ago, and we recently returned to purchase a loveseat for our office. Their variety of products, gorgeous fabrics, and customization options are unbeatable. We had the pleasure of working with Sydney in-store, who was incredibly knowledgeable and never pushy. She helped us find the perfect piece without feeling like a sales pitch. The customer service, as always, was excellent!

Sidney did a great job helping me design my new couch for my new house! It was a difficult space to figure out and she sent me several floorplan options with all the dimensions so I was able to visualize it. She also helped with color options etc! Thank you! Can’t wait to get my new couch!

Had a great experience at Interior Define! I walked in having a pretty good sense of what I was looking for but Sydney really helped bring it all together. The showroom is beautiful and I could sit on the various couches and pick the type of cushion I wanted and which color I liked best (and which fabrics are best for people with dogs). I'm so excited to get my new couch- Counting down the days!

We had the best experience and Sydney was amazing. We could never have figured out the right style, cushion fill, fabric, etc. by ourselves online. She was the perfect mix of listening to what we needed and guiding us honestly and thoughtfully, even though it was incredibly busy in the store.

Outstanding customer service during the ordering process! Sydney Stetzel was my design expert, and she was informative and helpful without being forceful. She answered my specific questions quickly when I had them. I'll be excited to add pictures of the Maxwell Tall Loveseats in the future, and even more excited to enjoy them!

I went into the store today to quickly look at the color I found online. Sydney helped me and I ended up getting the chair and ottoman in a different color that is so much better and a couch! I wasn't planning on buying my couch today but Sydney was so helpful coordinating my colors and helping me pick out fabric for my dogs to live on. The bill was way cheaper than I expected. I actually made her check it again. I got to customize what I wanted and it's within budget! Thank you Sydney.

My husband and I had the best experience during our consultation with Lauren. She was super knowledgeable and able to pick up quickly on what we liked (without us even knowing what we like). She was so easy to work with and made us feel so confident throughout the process. We left and said, “That couldn’t have gone better, and she couldn’t have been better.” Not to mention, ID has a great selection of customizable pieces for every style. Can’t wait to get our pieces!

We had a great experience designing our new sofa with the help of Kadie. We visited this location several times and she was very welcoming and helpful. Kadie is very knowledgeable about design and all the fabrics they offer. We will definitely be returning for future purchases.
