Amanda, Kai, and Satchel all helped me out pretty good when my check didn't clear. I came in and was freaking out and they explained what happened and remedied the problem perfectly. Really saved me from having a very bad night. Wholesome, real, understanding people. Couldn't ask for a better banking staff.

I don’t have a car so this used to be the most convenient branch for me. But now I’m going to have to find a new bank all together. When it was under previous management I never had issues. So many people have come and go here in the last year and the service just gets worse and worse. I go in pretty frequently to cash my checks. Recently I went in, and the teller was asleep on the teller line. And looked like I inconvenienced him when he had to lift his head to help me. He was a shorter guy with a beard I never got his name. And to top things off i don’t think they have a manager at all, at least there has NEVER been a manager there since the previous staff changed out of here. The poor employees always look so confused and stressed. Do better Huntington.

Very rude staff. They dont even allow withdrawals over $1000. Both staff members gave terrible customer service

I have been impressed with the transition so far. As long as you paid attention to the emails they sent in preparation you should be all set. I have called this location a couple of times with questions and have had my call answered quickly. 5 stars!

I was locked out of my accounts when the transition happened. And made a phone transfer from one account to the other in hopes one account worked. That money is missing and I cannot get ahold of anyone I have called countless times I was told Monday it would reflect on my account by Tuesday. Still nothing. Just like everyone else I need this money but I keep getting the run around.
