I used to love this place. Today was not so great. I communicated that my big toes were bruised from a race twice and to big careful with them and they broke one of my toenails right in the middle of my toe. In addition they didn’t get the color I picked it just feels annoying to spend over $80 and have a pedicure and polish change take 2 hours and it not even be the color I would like and that they broke my toenail right in the middle of my toe.

I’m in Denver for a day and needed a spot to get my nails done (I live in LA but won’t be home for awhile) and found Helena’s — so, so good. My cuticles are a mess and I have to keep my nails short which usually means a messier dip manicure but the man who worked on my nails (I didn’t get his name) was SO thorough. $50 which is a bit higher than my regular place, but again, it was SO thorough that it was worth it just for the aesthetic and then I’m also sure they’ll last longer than usual. Highly recommend; wish this could be my regular spot!

I've gone here a few times and the last time was just not good enough. My tech was rushing through my dip manicure, did not push my cuticles back at all, and left a huge space between my nail bed and the polish start so it looks like I've grown them out for two weeks when I just got them done today. I'll have to get them redone so much sooner. Will ask for a different tech next time if I decide to go back. Really wish they'd offer to fix them.

Always a great experience here! Been coming for 5 years and if I can help it, I'll never go anywhere else in Denver. Even when they're busy they do great work, but when they have the time, they are exceptional with their attentiveness and detail.

They did a horrible job. The salon was busy and the lady was rushing and putting the gel up too high. One day later they started to peel and air was getting in because she painted it over my cuticles. Waste of money

Give half a star if I could. I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months or so. I get the same style everytime: black French tip & gel pedicure. The price is reasonable for the area. But I have never gotten out of here in less than 2 hours for both services. Sometimes it takes 3 or 3.5 hours for the aforementioned. Today was the breaking point. The owner slammed the color book in my face, literally onto my hands. They moved me around chairs 5 times. I always call ahead and the wait time factored in with the attitude and rudeness is not worth it. Nail salons are supposed to be a nice relaxing self-care experience. I was stressed and anxious when I left

Good experience. The person I had really cut cuticles down with no bleeding so I was grateful for that. Good price for gel manicure.

absolutely love this place!! got this amazing set done by Kathy & i’m obsessed!! the butterfly design as well! they do take walk ins but it’s best to make an appointment as they can get pretty busy. the staff is always so kind and welcoming, definitely my new favorite nail place in denver!
