We stopped in to pass the time and was pleasantly surprised at how big and well organized the store is. It was easy to browse and find items. They have a huge selection of all kinds of items. If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. You should stop by and see what they have!

Very large well organised store. I liked the display area at the window. Talking to other customers I realised there were no fittings rooms, this made me second guess everything I had chosen. I realise & understand the problems the store faces but I was disappointed. Choose easy items I knew fit. I’m not in a position to return items & avail of a credit note. I’m happy with my finds & would recommend this store if you’re in the area.

It's an okay place if you come early enough. I will say that some staff can be a little rude. A few weeks ago, I found a small Coach bag that was with the regular purses and it didn't have a label or tag. It was a simple black purse so I didn't know until I got to the counter and the cashier searched and searched for a label hiding in a small pocket. She then offered to sell it for $60 and accused me of taking the bag off the racks where designer bags were zipped tied.

Nice store with a big selection but won’t be shopping here again. Fitting rooms permanently closed due to “health and safety” (read: they don’t want to staff them) - instead the resolution is to buy and take home to try on… if it doesn’t fit they won’t refund you, instead you get STORE CREDIT.
Seems like quite the scam from this “nonprofit” - they don’t tell you about this policy, so buyer beware.

Very upset with my experience here, no fitting rooms so I was told to take things home to try on and return if they don't work. What I wasn't told is they only offer store credit for returns. No signage of this policy anywhere either. Guess I'm not shopping at goodwill again

This location has always been the best for high-end clothing and accessories such as purses and bags. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Convenient location with lots of free parking in back.

Decent selection, disappointed that an item that had the store of origin price of 4.99 was sold at Goodwill for same retail price !!

I paid for 1 chair that had a discount, I went for a bigger truck to take it home, it was only 4 hours late, the chair had been taken!!!!!!!! When I asked, the employees told me that they didn't know, should I tell them where I left it? that there had never been any chairs there, I gave them the ticket and they told me that it said general merchandise and that I was trying to rob them, they took the ticket from me and "the manager" told me to come back the next day to look for the general manager if I had any questions. complaint, they stole the chair, I returned the next day and the manager never showed me his face, they robbed me, they made fun of me and the manager was protecting you. IT'S A bad place.

I have traveled all around the us to go to different thrift shops and Goodwill. This one has crazy rude employees. When asked if we could go to the restroom the lady said yes but it’s a waste of our time and shouted to another employee and said restrooms are a waste of our time and the other employee said a waste of our time…a waste of our time. This is absolutely unacceptable. The pricing of clothes even Walmart and mall brand clothes are crazy! The store set up is neat but the way employees act is ridiculously crazy! Goodwill is starting to act like their stuff don’t stink and it does. The other Goodwill in Denver was awesome but this one is a no from me.

This is an incredible store. It's in an old building, and that gives it a super antiquey vibe. They have front and back entrances, parking around back, and a downstairs area that was filled with stuff to root through.

This goodwill was interesting. Definitely a lot different than any other one I’ve been to. The lights were super dim inside and the clothing racks were all packed in close together. Sadly most clothes were disorganized. They really did have a lot of clothes and home textiles which I use for sewing purposes. Quite a bit of parking behind!

I'm actually really shocked that this has a 4.0 rating . I don't understand how thrift stores can charge so much money for their items when everything is donated to them. This particular location is off the chain with pricing not only that but they have so many donations and are overstocked. This makes the racks so packed tight that you can't even look at the items
because there's no room to. One would assume that because of this problem then maybe they would discount some of their items so they wouldn't be so overstocked. I will never go back to this thrift store ever again!
