I've been debating a long time about writing this review. My first DETAIL experience was great, but my second.. not so much. They did not clean the interior windows. My still-sopping wet floor mats were thrown in my trunk. And there was still dirt in my wheel wells. I wish I could say third time's the charm, but sadly I don't think I'll be back.

I've been a loyal Gleam customer for many years, and after moving downtown, I was thrilled to continue using their services, especially given the high-quality washes they offer. However, my recent experience has been disappointing.
Driving a larger vehicle, the washing brushes at Gleam damaged my auto-folding mirror, snapping the mechanism. Initially, the manager was responsive and eager to find a solution, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, after the initial 'easy fix' didn't resolve the issue, communication stopped when it came time to explore estimates and cover the repair.
Good customer service is crucial, and I believe businesses should stand behind their services, especially when issues arise. Had Gleam addressed this problem fully, I could have overlooked my concerns about washes that make direct contact with the vehicle. I’m still hopeful for a resolution, but I’m also considering switching to Autowash. It’s disappointing, especially since Gleam is so conveniently located right down the street.

First time here at Gleam and I was very impressed by the customer service and the cleaning itself. Andy and crew did a prompt and detailed cleaning saving me hours of being in hot sun vacuuming my own car. Thanks! Will consider membership.

This place is great! I have a membership and regularly take my car for unlimited washes. I did price checks on the detailing and if you have the membership the detailing here is hard to beat. I did not even recognize my car after it looked so new- I highly recommend Gleam and their team!

I’ve been using Gleam for a few years now for all of my vehicles. They are my top choice of car washes in the area. They take good care of my truck and I can count on them to do a consistently job. Highly recommend.

I went to Gleam after I spilled a Chocolate Milkshake over the entire passenger seat (a light tan cloth material). Austin was incredibly helpful and he managed to completely get the stain out. It was in awful shape and now it looks brand new. Highly recommend this place and Austin was great!

Matt and the Gleam team are rockstars! They were able to help me with an advanced detailing issue that others had quoted me $1,000’s for a full panel sand and paint.
They took care of the issue for a fraction of that and in just a few hours.
I’ll definitely be coming back for an annual interior detail once it’s time!

Austin and his team really helped me out and fit me in the schedule while traveling west. After passing through Kansas My truck was a bug bomb and they got it looking great quickly.

Ive been a member here for 4 or 5 months now; I go through the tunnel for a good wash almost every day as well as the discounted interior cleanings every couple weeks. Everyone is nice as hell. They also helped get the bugs off the hood after i had to drive through Nebraska and back for no charge. Best car wash facility in the area
