Workers take forever to unlock or do any paperwork needed. Place says they close at a certain time but BEWARE lazy employees leave at least an hour early.

The folks at Federal Heights Storage are caring and thoughtful folks. Whenever I have needed assistance they go above and beyond to make sure my storage locker is safe and easily accessible for me. They will even call me whenever I need to pay attention to something. For example, when my locker was not secure they got ahold of me to let me know. Thank you Federal Heights Storage.

I absolutely love this location. Our Church rents 1 to 2 times a month and this location is Awesome. The care and time they take is great. Love it hope to rent from this location everytime.

Reasonable in price, 24 hour/seven day access, and secure. Had a storage unit for 3 years. Never had any issues with the unit or the management.

Unsafe facility, beware. I had the contents of my unit stolen and they stole my identity, which has turned into a nightmare. The management won't help in any way, including not even looking at surveillance. Why spend so much money to rent a unit at this place when there is no security and zero help from ownership and management when you have the contents of your unit stolen. Be careful if you choose this place.Update: Aurora PD contacted the storage facility to get video surveillance, but was told they don't have any surveillance. So, the storage facility is either telling a lie to the Aurora PD or they actually don't have video surveillance. Either way, they are lying because their website states the following:"Our well-lighted facility is excellently maintained with state of the art video security system."As you will see from other reviews, theft is common at this facility and they say the same thing - file a police report. Zero help from the storage facility, terrible.Shameful business.

Jeanette was so helpful and a delight to work with. She also helped me on the icy pathways to show me how big the locker would be. She explained everything and as I said a delight to work with!

Pros: Jeanette was friendly & very helpful, unit was clean, best price aroundCons: limited office hours so in- person monthly payment is challenging, customer service (not Jeanette) to figure out why my access didn’t work was not helpful- very frustrating.Bottom line: pros outweigh the cons & would recommend this storage facility.

Prices on this facility go up every 3 months lately... so, be prepared to pay a higher monthly rent every 3 months...
