My treatment was quick and thorough. It was not easy to get an appointment but once there I was well looked after.

I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from this dermatologist's office. Despite having an appointment on February 26, 2024, where I was promised that my prescription would be sent to Summit Pharmacy for delivery, the process has been nothing short of frustrating. Upon contacting Summit Pharmacy, I was informed they never received the prescription from the dermatologist. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the office, including calls and messages through their patient portal, I have yet to receive a response. It's incredibly disheartening that the medical assistant has been on vacation for two weeks, leaving me without any resolution or communication. Managing my health should not be this difficult, and the lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to seek alternative dermatological care where communication and patient needs are prioritized.

I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This clinic’s call center and scheduling department are incompetent and do not care about patient’s time or mental health. I received a referral to this office in late January for a mark on my skin that needed biopsy. I called this clinic to get myself scheduled, I had them double check my insurance multiple times to ensure I was good to go. I waited anxiously for a month for my appointment and took a half day off work for it only to be turned away when I arrived because they do not take my insurance !!!!!!!!! Now I have to wait another god knows how long to see a different doctor that does take my insurance. I sure hope it isn’t cancer on my skin or there will be serious repercussions through legal action to this clinic for impeding my ability to receive treatment quicker than I now will. I promise you, go anywhere else. This place does not give a crap about you or your health they just want your money and to waste your time.

My experience with Advanced Dermatology at 155 S Madison St Ste 226, Denver, was deeply unsatisfactory, leading me to decide not to continue any business with them in the future. Initially, securing an appointment itself was a hurdle, as it took an entire month to get a slot. On the day of my appointment, I prepared thoroughly, aware that my GPS showed the location was a 45-minute drive from my home. To be cautious, I left an hour early, anticipating possible traffic delays. However, the travel time unexpectedly extended to an hour and a half, causing me to arrive 15 minutes late. Upon arrival, the staff's response was extremely disheartening. They showed no understanding or willingness to accommodate the unforeseen delay, despite my explanation and evident effort to arrive on time. They insisted on rescheduling the appointment, demonstrating a lack of empathy and flexibility. This experience left me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a customer. As a result, I have firmly decided not to reschedule with Advanced Dermatology. The lack of understanding and customer service I experienced has completely dissuaded me from wanting to continue any business with them.

From the scheduling of the appointment, to the gentle text and email reminders, to the welcome in a clean, well lit office space, to the trust imparted from the staff, clinicians and Doctor, are deserving of the highest rating.

Please be advised of the billing practices before scheduling. Also, be sure that you get this in writing . It is evident that the primary concern of this practice is over billing for services rendered. Be advised that evening you only get 15 min of advisement for teenage acne (no treatment or actual hands on assessment) your insurance will be billed $600 or a moderate complexity evaluation. Good luck getting an explanation for the codes billed and once it goes to insurance the billing department says “giving a discount would be fraudulent “ . Shame on this medical practice! I will not be returning for myself nor my daughter and will spread far and wide that this place just wants your money!

Terrible. Was prescribed a medicine in October. At the appointment I told them not to use ExpressScripts, as we no longer have that insurance, but instead send it to a specific CVS.A couple of days later I get a phone message from ExpressScripts saying they got the script, but that I am no longer a customer. I phoned up and left for my 'team' saying that the script was sent to the wrong pharmacy.Nada. Then I WENT IN to the Madison street office, and left a message with the front desk. Again nada. Then I phoned up asking reiterating my previous messages and asking that the CALL ME.No one called. I did get a message from ExpressScripts, again, repeating that they got the script, but that I am no longer a customer.Crazy that they cannot follow through on something so basic. On a positive note, billing is super efficient. Patient care [or just basic regard], not so much.[01/10/2024: it has been a week, the "feedback" has been "addressed" with the appropriate staff and, yet, I personally, haven't heard anything about the status of my prescription.]

Kind of annoyed went in there because I believe I am experiencing eczema and have been for months, but I am not sure. The dermatologist agreed with me, but did not take a sample which I was hoping for so we could be certain. Advised that I use Cereve (if that saves anyone any time) and wrote a prescription for one of the weakest steroids. That was a month ago. Issue is pretty much the same. I need a place that can prescribe something to knock it out altogether AND will utilize all of the resources available to them to diagnose it. They were under the impression that I could go in for a followup whenever ... like most people I have a work schedule and had to take time off for that.

I was very unhappy with the office and with the appointment. When I entered the exam room, there was a dirty tray of someone else’s needles and HIPAA violation of their information on the tray, very gross and unprofessional. Before the visit, I called my insurance to verify how much it would cost and called the office ahead of time to verify. I received a bill for much higher than what I was expecting because of the diagnosis codes that were used and that were not discussed with me. I tried calling and asking about my bill with the office manager, Jesse Roberts, but she was very rude, robotic and unapologetic about my experience. I told her about the HIPPA violations and her response was “ if you don’t like our standards of care go somewhere else”. I would advise anyone that if this is the level of care they are proud of, go somewhere else! @CDC

Amazing clinic! They have great availability and take my insurance. I was able to make an appointment on Tuesday to be seen on Friday where other dermatologists had months long waits. The entire process was so easy. I can’t recommend this place enough. The doctor really listened to my concerns and also gave me options which I appreciate.

The PA I saw made me very uncomfortable. She demonstrated borderline hostility the entire consultation. Glared at me, was short with me, thrust things rudely in my face, touched my face roughly. She gave off very hateful vibes. That woman is a misandrist and I won't be going back to your clinic. None of the other 6 women or so I interacted with there were like that. She's toxic and hateful.
