Apparently it’s not a bank and they cannot help. They also failed to mention that there is an atm there and that I could have used it. Because of the fiasco today I want to switch banks which I will be doing next week

I was looking for a BANK, there is a office inside but they don't do any banking. Someone should take this down. The women that works for the building at this address , she has never heard of COMMERCE BANK and what a hassle to find parking downtown.
