This is my THIRD time buying or selling with Heidi and it won’t be my last. She’s my go-to expert on houses and stays on top of it every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me with each big move in my life. As stressful as moving is, Heidi takes so much of it away by handling every aspect of the realty and coordination processes.

Heidi is awesome! She has helped me with all of my home needs from buying my first home to giving refinancing advice/contacts to, most recently, helping me sell my home. It was my first time buying a house and Heidi made everything so easy. Heidi was an excellent advocate for us as buyers and made sure no detail was left unchecked. When you are busy with life and work, a realtor like Heidi is invaluable in the process of buying a house. Even our lender was blown away by Heidi's 'on top of it'-ness. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Simply put, Heidi is exceptional! She worked with us on purchasing a home in a crunch, and was able to meet a very firm deadline. We then used Heidi for the sale of that home, and the purchase of our new home. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and vigilant. Heidi has helped us with 3 major transactions, and helped us navigate through the entire process every time. She is timely in responding to calls, texts, and emails, and embraces what is important to her clients. Heidi takes the time to explain processes and some of the "legal speak" surrounding real estate transaction language. She knows the market well, and is able to advise accordingly. Heidi has been able to provide us with a network of services, such as staging consultants, engineers, painters and masons. She also adds personal touches to each of her transactions, which has been heartwarming. I will recommend Heidi over and over again!

She was also very upfront and explicit about contract terms, which we appreciated. Heidi has been wonderful to work with. She helped us get our first home a few years ago and now has helped us sell our first home. She knew the market very well and was always very prepared and detailed with every step. For myself not being fluent in real estate, Heidi had no problems explaining things more than once and was very patient through the whole process. Looking forward to closing on our new home with her.

In my many moves around the state and the country, we've bought and sold a number of houses. This was a new build and Heidi walked us through the process and is the most thorough agent I've ever dealt with. Weekly calls on construction updates, details on soils and lots I never would have thought of. She made sure that we understood the process and looked out for our interests the entire way through several months. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
