What would you know, it looks like I'm joining a list of reviewers with a bad experience with this company. I spent over 20 minutes on the phone discussing an engine with the owner one evening and arranged to buy it the next morning. The next morning I called before he opened to arrange a time for me to pick it up and left a message. He text me back saying he sold the engine to someone else--apparently before the shop even opens. Don't waste your time with this business since they are dishonest and have no issue wasting your time. Good luck with the condition of the parts and the trustworthiness of the warranty when you can't even buy the part without seeing their dishonesty.

Needed a alternator for my ladies car. Cheapest intown was $280. These guys came through with a refurbished one for $20 worked like a charm .Very organized shop with helpgul educated staff. Highly recommend them and will be going here from now on for all my vehicle needs. Thank you for your business.

Very disappointed with the horrible communication and it felt like I was being completely ignored. After telling me they had the part I was preparing to pick it up, they stopped answering my calls and texts, would not return calls. They have good reviews and I wish my review didn't have to be so negative but I feel it's important to share my experience.

If I could give them a 0 I would I called in and asked them for a motor they stated they would hold it and I could pick up on Saturday I asked if I could pay over they phone and they said no. Well I drove for an hour and they let me know they don’t have the motor any more. That they sold it last night. That it was a miscommunication between the workers and the manager or the person who answers the phone

I want there twice and no one was there, tried calling and no one picked up. Their hours are from 9am to 5pm, but NO ONE was there. I did get a call back that was great, but they just made excuses why no one is there. They lied to me twice stating that they are going to be there. I really gave them the benefit our of the doubt, but was a waste of time to do business with them. No wonder one was working, because they don't know how to keep their business out.
