Definitely not a fan of this place or the horrible people. I arrived for my appointment and none of the 4 people working, who saw me come in the door, even acknowledged me. I let them know I had an appointment with Denise and was ignored. I sat in the waiting area and 5 minutes later I was called back. I was the first appointment of the day, mind you. Denise got to the end of my taxes and told me I owed $15,000. I was absolutely shocked. Another lady also looked at it and said it was correct. Then about a week later I'm looking over the final documents and they DOUBLED my income. I paid the IRS 3 times the amount I should have. When I brought this to their attention I was told they will amend it for me and there won't be a fee. Of course there shouldn't be a fee! They are the ones that messed it up! I paid them $550 to completely screw me over. I don't even want them to be the ones to amend it because I don't trust they know what they're doing. Never will I use H&R Block again.

SCAM - this company offers their peace of mind but our "tax professional" missed something and we now owe an additional chunk of money to the IRS. big surprise that peace of mind is a piece of lie - they wont pay it and its on us now. Thanks but no thanks HR block!
