We are a vendor of theirs and they are refusing to pay. The owner stated they are struggling financially, but will not even have a conversation and is blocking my calls. We are a fair service provider, but Channen Smith will not pick up the phone to try to work out a payment plan.
Avoid this place like the plague. They are unethical

Friendly customer service, dreadful turn around times. Their mechanic work is mediocre at best but I guess this is our economy where good labor is hard to come by. They have huge clients like Kroger so don't expect to be prioritized if you're a small business.

Wonderful staff and finally a shop that is honest almost to a fault. I would consider taking our van anywhere else after having our brakes done at Fleet management services. They are absolutely wonderful. Thank you for being true!

I've had these guys take care of fleets at 2 companies I've worked for. They're easy to work with, quicker than the dealer. Pricing was decent but finding an honest mechanic like this is invaluable for a company.
