Google Maps address is incorrect, but this is definitely the place to go for a windshield replacement in Denver. Safelite is twice as expensive and you'll have to wait and wait for an appointment. Makes no sense. Dealt with Frank, great service and the price was right. Thank you.

Called to possibly schedule service to repair my windshield. Was transferred 3 times and held for at least 15 minutes which is fine (its late on a Friday afternoon over 100 degrees outside) I understand. But when we finally got through we were rudely advised that we called the wrong location SIR. When asked what location was listed on Ash "I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT… SIR" So what's your contact information SIR… Halfway through giving that info we asked what's the location of the repair "I HAVE NO IDEA SIR " We says ok well if you could have the repair man call again rudley Fine sir… .. and here is the encore… SHE HUNG UP! Really?I would remove her off phones asap. Im a trainer for a major airlines… UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.. I only pray calls are monitored… you'll be shocked. Maybe have a secret shopper company do a mock call. Your probably a awesome company, problem is one has to deal with her first. NOT TODAY!FOLLOW UP SINCE THE LAST REVIEW:On Thursday August 1st I had a awesome conversation with the owner, who was very concerned about the experience we had last Friday. And as I stated above they are probably a awesome company and now I can say they are! Just simple good ole customer service goes a long way! KUDOS SIR ON JOB WELL DONE! WE WILL TALK SOON! 5 stars

Fair warning - they’re having trouble updating their address on google maps but this is NOT on denver, they’re in commerce city! I don’t know about their service at all — just wanted to put this somewhere where it may be helpful to someone

Don't waste your time!! Called 4 times for a quote and they kept putting me on hold for ages and then hanging up. Not my idea of customer service. I had used them before and they were just OK. Made me wait 20 minutes for my "appointment" and took 15 minutes longer to do it than quoted. Kind of a junky place that looks like it could go under any minute. I guess that's why they're usually the lowest price but, unless you love hassle, avoid!

Auto Glass did a great job in a short time, after answering all of my questions. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful from my first call to my visit to their shop. The final cost was identical to the estimate, which was less expensive than most of the competitors I called. I highly recommend.
