Do not use this business. They are scammers who do not pay their bills that are due. They have ripped us off for over 1200$ and will not pay or return phone calls.

Sent my car here for work. Was told 1700, then +500 for parts, no problem. ($2200)
3+ months later I was told 3500.
Never got an approval call or text.
We negotiated I pay 1k more.
So I paid 3000. (800 over agreed amount)
Driver headlight doesn't work at all, no driver door handle, passenger door handle doesn't work, orange peel on front bumper, bumper not attached to the car correctly.
So I was lied to and taken advantage of and they acted like I'm unreasonable because I expected a call for approval when they need to add expenses to the original agreement.
I have screenshots of all the texts and agreements.
This isn't a bashing, just retelling my personal experience.
I would avoid this place.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are scammers. Not only did they do poor body work on my car, they took 3 months, AND added on a 1500.00 bill without consulting first!! You cannot raise the price as a business without getting the customers approval 1st! Very disappointed. Beware of Auto Builders! Better off going to Maaco.

Eloy and his team repaired my wife's Toyota 4Runner after she was in an accident. Not only did they do an excellent job with the repair, they handled all the insurance paperwork with my agent and were great about the communication. Our 4Runner looks new! I wanted to write this review earlier & I didn’t but here it is now Eloy deserves the 5 stars I got hit & he helped me during the pandemic and was super fast in finding the parts, dealt with the insurance and left my car looking 10 times better than before. Thank you so much, excellent service.

I was actually just passing through the parking lot because I had got turned around and I went the wrong way and so when I needed to make a u-turn I pulled into their parking lot. But I would like to say that this is extremely clean, well kept, and it is easily accessible to the handicapped there is a place to park which is close to the door and you don't have to step up the parking lot goes into a place where there is a contact directly what the sidewalk. Got to say I'm impressed
