“This place is amazing!! They provide wonderful customer service, so welcoming! My husband and I brought our 28 " rims and he fixed them for a very good price and did such an amazing job! The rims looks BRAND NEW. Another place we had do these same rims before charged a ridiculous price, and didn't even do half the job C&P Hubcap and Wheel did. “If there was a way to give them more then 5 stars, they would get 10.
I was visiting family in the springs from out of state. We had an emergency mechanical failure on my vehicle and they were able to take me in at a moment's notice. The technicians were thorough and found the problem I was having with my power steering and were able to fix it. The next day as we were leaving we noticed a loud knocking sound from under the car (something to do with the suspension). We called Harry's back and they were able to bring my car in. As soon as they opened up. They spent several hours going over every inch of the car's suspension and even found another small leak and the power steering that they had not noticed before. They fixed that leak and checked everything from the strut, to the ball joint, to tie rods, bearing, control, arm, etc. They worked for hours on it and could not find the source of the knocking. They were able to guarantee me though that it would get me back home in one piece. They were thorough and explaining that they had checked every last nook and cranny of the suspension and all major components that were part of it. That gave a lot of Peace of mind. After finishing up getting the explanation, I handed the owner my credit card and just said put it on here. He refused to take payment because they could not diagnose the direct problem. I've never seen such a group of honest technicians in an honest business in all my life. If I have issues in the future I will definitely be heading to this business, even if I have to drive another 300 mi to get there. AAA++”

“I’ve been here four times in about 2 months because of one problem tire. I have ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS been spoken to like I am the only person in the room despite how busy they are. The amount of business they get means they are doing something right. I appreciate every single employee there regardless of their level of knowledge. Most times women are seen as not knowing anything that deals with a vehicle but never once have I been treated like that. I asked a question about a sensor and Lucas helped me and answered my question with clarity and gave me pricing in the event I would consider replacing it.

Oh and mad respect to Justin that seems to do a ton of customer service work on the phone and in person. The customer isn’t always right and I’ve seen/heard him deal with Kens/Karens. He’s handled it with much grace and respect, so to all you customers out there, don’t come in acting like you know it all. If you do, then do it yourself. That is all.
