I live outside of town and when i called about my prescription I was told it would be filled by the time I got into town. I spent some of my last $$ to get into town to get my prescription. I show up and apparently there was a mistake and the kid working the computer made a mistake and I cannot get my prescription until tomorrow. Are you kidding? How hard is it to read a screen. I am out gas money and will be late for work. Don't let kids play on the computer and answer your phone playing pharmacist. We are real people woth real problems.

I ordered a delivery order and I received half of my order because they allowed a driver to steal half my order and the drivers name was Karen Typical this is one of the reasons I stopped going to Particular location very rude very unprofessional

I miss cashiers.
Remember when you used to go into Walmart and you were greeted by a greeter?
I miss that.
Remember when you used to go into Walmart and people would stop what they were doing and smile at you and ask if they could help you?
I miss that too.
Remember when you used to go into Walmart and you had cashiers that were really fun and smiling and they made your day just a little bit better?
I miss that.
Remember when you used to go into Walmart and you actually had a cashier?
I really miss that.
If I'm going to have to scan my own stuff, weigh my own stuff, bag my own stuff and basically be a cashier, I think I should get the employee discount.
I won't be going back to this neighborhood market because this is the third time I've been in when they didn't have one cashier open.
When you have mobility issues like I do, it's really hard to try to balance yourself while you're scanning things.
I had a cane and obvious difficulty but no one offered to help.
I expect better from Walmart. I guess I'm just old fashioned.
Also, if they don't let security stop the thieving pieces of crap when they are stealing they need to stop punishing the non-thieving customers by putting things like eye drops and motor oil behind a locking display.
The only reason you're having theft issues is because you stopped letting security do their dang job.

Friday afternoon. 1 open check out. Self check closed. Passed a minimum of 7 associates putting stock away and facing shelves. No less than 30-45 minutes in line. If I could give no stars, I would.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm currently standing in line as the only option in self checkout. I refuse self checkout as I do not work here. The 2 people monitoring self checkout were just staring, smacking there lips with gum. They had 0 shopping carts up front and still don't have any. This place is a joke. Managers should be ashamed. Go shop at King soopers!

Well .. since this Walmart location has seen a remodeling job necessary they sure seemed to really screw up their parking lot in the meantime .. it's quite obvious their concern is not for the customers who shop at this location in person .. there is no place to park any longer unless you are one of the customers who call ahead to have their groceries delivered to the car .. all rows but 2 are dedicated to that type of service & not just 1 or 2 spaces in each row but 4 and all these spaces sitting empty leaving the rest of us driving up & down each isle looking for some place to park I suggest you redesignate your parking lot for your customers .. not the occasional after work pickup opportunities you hope will use the 12 useless spaces that sit empty most of the day.

approx 80% of the time I order groceries from this location either things are missing or they mixed up my items with someone else's order. Staff there is also very rude and incompetent. This place needs to be completely restaffed.
Update: Final straw. After 15 days i still haven't received a refund for my missing items that they were supposed to deliver. I canceled my Wal plus membership and will be shopping elsewhere from now on. This level of incompetence, at all levels within Walmart, is just too frustrating.

This store is under construction right now. DO NOT VISIT HERE RIGHT NOW!! Most of the parking is being used by construction workers and most of the store is in such a state you can’t access many items. They should just close until construction is finished. Very frustrating experience.
