It’s shabby but special. Tyler and the photo department are true professionals that will go the extra mile for customer service. Multiple times I have come to them when other places have dropped the ball on orders and he has helped to make things happen at the last minute with kindness, a can do attitude and true commitment to customer service. That is hard to find these days and has not gone unnoticed. Thank you.

pharmacy sucks don’t use them. especially if you need your medications sometime soon. i had a perception put in YESTERDAY and they had all business day today to fill it and they didn’t have it ready. now i’m in pain and nothing to help not reliable at all

Use this pharmacy only if you have an entire day to spend on a prescription. And don’t bother calling for status. No one will pick up the phone :(

Please select a different pharmacy. I switched to this pharmacy because I live right by it. Got sent two prescription last Thursday they didn’t have them ready. No worries. Get a notification a prescription is out of stock okay that’s fine I can wait till it comes in. Friday rolls around and I hear nothing so I call they say they’ll get back to me. I’m able to get one prescription but the one out of stock still which is fine. I called to see when it would be in and they said its not out my doctor just didn’t fill out the dosage right. Okay..well then I understand , call the doctors office on Monday and they said it was filled out properly but they’ll look into it. Doctors office called them, got it resent over and believed everything was fine then I got a notification my prescription was cancelled completely? So I called the doctors office back and they apologized and said they made sure they fixed it. But it wasn’t their fault. Then it says my prescription is out. Like I’m losing my mind ?? I get another prescription sent over today at 11:30 from an eye doctor, they told me it would be ready at 1:08pm. I said okay that’s fine. I wait with my friend who picks it up for me at 2:00 and it’s not ready. Like I need these today. The girl working the counter was really nice, she seemed short staffed. Whatever the management here is please fix this, this is crazy.

This Walgreens pharmacy is probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I call and I’m just put on hold over and over again until eventually I’m just hung up on. Even if you call back they don’t tell you “ one moment please” you can just hear them pick up the phone and put it back on hold each time until the line just hangs up. I went into the store and stood by the pharmacy and called their phone to see what the issues was ( there was no one in line but one other person and no line at the window and there were four women back there ) and the woman just picked up the phone pressed hold and put the phone back down without saying anything. And I watched her do it five other times not just to my phone call but others trying to call the pharmacy while she’s just signing there closing prescription bags while someone else is filling them. They also tried to keep me from getting my daughters perscription because they told me that her insurance was in active and I would have to pay the full amount, but when I gave them her card again with the same insurance number on it then it suddenly is active and isn’t going to be an issue and instead of understanding why I was upset and using not so appropriate language they just pass me around to three different people to the point where they were trying to tell me to go somewhere else to pick up her medication because they weren’t going to give it to me because they didn’t want to admit they were wrong and being completely insensitive. If you’re going to choose a Walgreens to fill a prescription CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION.

This was the only place that I could find that would give the Covid vaccine to my 4 year old twins. Yeah it’s in a sketchy part of town, yeah it’s an old building but the pharmacist that took care of my children was a champ. Very kind. No hesitation on my wiggly nervous children. Thanks again.

Place STINKS!! there is some sort of brown liquid leaking from the roof right in front of the doors. So gross. Also the products of this store sit out and become gross. The quality should be looked over by the health department.

The store entrance REEKS from a vomit-smelling brown liquid in a bucket. When I asked the clerk what and why, he said it was from a leaky roof. ATTN: WALGREEN’S CORPORATE — PLEASE FIX THIS. It is a truly nuclear strength vomit smell, enough to start a chain reaction!

Worst wait, most disorganized, uncoordinated, lack of communication among staff, poor customer service and this is not the a one time thing. Every time I am here I feel mistreated and disappointed.

Waited on the phone for 20+ min for the pharmacy before giving up. i could hear them repeatedly pick up the phone and either put me back on hold or set it down so I could hear them talking about Netflix lol. If 'yall were fast food employees I'd get it, but when you're making 120k+ a year as a pharmacist it's really not cool.The people at the front registers of the store are great though, super friendly. And they put up with a lot with all of the crazies that come into the store. Respect to the store team.
