I love walgreens so much. This location and the one on Dublin always get my prescriptions done with no hassle. My insurance changed and I had to to to cvs for cheaper medications and it was a horrible experience every single time. Twice now I have had it transferred to walgreens and they take care of it no problem. I'm just going to walgreens from now on. I'm done with cvs. I dont care how much it costs.

Walgreens Pharmacy has the most caring \\u0026 professional staff. From getting an immunization to filling a prescription they are top notch!

Wendy in the pharmacy is literally the rudest person I have ever encountered. I sorry you hate your job, that's not my fault. Was contemplating transferring pharmacies, not doubt I will now. She literally said only the following things to me. "Date of birth" "what's your address". No "hi." No "do you have any questions." No "that'll be $15." No "thank you." Nothing. You don't have to love your job Wendy, but you don't have to hate me for showing up. I feel sorry for your family when you get home. I'm sure you take it out in them.

2 times, I have scheduled my child for his Covid booster at this location (normal booster and new booster). Both times, I have gotten there only to find out that (1st time in May) they closed early due to a staffing issue and (2nd time today) that they did not have the vaccine. Both times, they said they called me. I never received a call. This pharmacy is so unorganized when it comes to vaccines and communication. Do yourself a favor and choose any other of the many Walgreens in town. Don’t waste your time and frustration on this location.

1- was calling yesterday to talk to a pharmacist and was put on hold. Ok...they're busy??? Kept on the line for 2 hrs so finally decided to drive over only to find out the pharmacist had left because of an emergency! Could no one answer the phone lines and tell me that??2- went there to get a prescription and was told it was $88! Left without it and had dr call it over to Costco. Picked it up an hr later for $6.69. Worst Walgreens ever!!!

I give a negative 100,000. The pharmacist does not care about patients or mental health. Charged me over $180 even though I had a coupon for $108. They are there for a paycheck. They are rude. When I explainEd that I received an automated message I was told "I tell patients not to trust the automated system". Why have something that is wrong contacting pharmacy patients. Biggest disservice I have ever had. Thought I would give them a second chance and they screwed me over and over. I would avoid Walgreens as it is worse than getting Covid!!!

The absolute worst Walgreens I've ever had the pleasure to fill prescriptions with! Not only do they close for emergencies randomly but they also have the worst people in the industry work there. Bottom of the barrel customer service!! Just ask old toothless at the front register!! Take my advice and go across the street to CVS.

Tried to get propane today. They were out, but the lady up front was not very helpful. She moved around like a snail and would not check the availability of propane at other Walgreens stores. Really not helpful!
