We called ahead to set an appointment for a basic rotation. We arrived an hour early and was told to kick rocks. The Front Desk said the appointment center never actually knows their in shop workload and they would not even be able to look at out car till next week.
Do not use this company, they will waste your time and leave you hanging. The front desk broke the news while the assistant manager stood in the corner silent. Extremely disappointed.

BEWARE! Our 19yr old towed vehicle in for power steering issue. They quoted $1100 + $176 labor rate for 1hr diagnosis.
(Not applied to the final bill if we hire them to fix it) We told them we will get another opinion. Our child climbed in and drove away from the shop without issue after being told "the whole top end of the pump blew off and needs to be replaced!" BEWARE! We paid the fake diagnosis charge and replaced a cracked hose and it drives fine. They also said they would reduce the charge to $71 for taking off the other side of the hose even though they were going to have to take the hose off anyway to replace the pump. It was all a rip off..... BEWARE of Jeff especially. He was very condescending and pompas. BEWARE!!!

Fast and good and honest. 2015 Jeep Wrangler had multiple issues to include front right hub replacement and oil pressure housing replacement. Dropped it off on Tuesday and got it back on Thursday. Labor rates are fair and they earn every penny. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid mechanic.

We were in Colorado Springs for the day and picked up a nail in our tire. Another Tire World was way busy, they called this location for us and they got us right in and back on the road. Outstanding customer service, great staff and super friendly. On top of all their efforts, they fixed the tire for free. Recommended.

We were traveling through and had our driver window motor break. Stephanie got us in the very next morning first thing and had the whole repair done in an hour and a half! She also called to let me know that a $100 bill had fallen out of our door! Talk about an honest repair shop! I was super impressed with Stephanie and Tire World! Huge recommendation from us! Thank you Stephanie!

Went to Tire World on South Nevada on the 10th of July 2024 at approx. 8:00 a.m., they are going to be working on my front end and repairing some work with an alignment that needed to be done. Stephanie is the new manager there and I say new only because I haven't been there in approximately 2 years now. She did an outstanding job along with the people that work with her. She went out on the drive to check to see what I was talking about as far as something loose in the front end and we found some things and they the repaired my vehicle in a short period of time and as of today I am quite satisfied so far with the results I have a nice smooth quiet front end, the steering in the car handles well. And when I have the money I will go in and get the struts and shocks done, hopefully soon. Thank you Stephanie and the people at work with you.

Steph and the staff at Tire World , South Nevada location were so communicative , efficient and kind. Steph went above and beyond working with the financing/tech issues that came up on my end , and never made me feel like I was wasting their time. Thank you so much!

The service was reasonable, timely and easy. We were out of there in an hour and a half and continued with our vacation, since we’re over 900 miles away from home and still have to drive back home. Stephanie Maly helped us out. Thank you Tireworld

I was visiting Colorado Springs from Florence South Carolina and had a low pressure in one of my rental car tires.
Tire world staff Mike was extremely professional and friendly and checked out the tire to my satisfaction and having found that there was no issue, they filled up the air and I was ready to go.
Would recommend highly without any reservations.

I drove 160 miles from my home to Colorado Springs this morning to visit my Mother’s grave. When I started my return trip home, I discovered I had a flat tire. I stopped at the Tire World at 509 South Nevada in Colorado Springs, and their team very quickly repaired the tire, put it back on my car, put everything back in the trunk and got me heading home in less than 30 minutes. I am so grateful for them getting back on the road quickly so I could pick up my dog before the kennel closed. Thank you very much!
