This UPS Store is always quick, friendly and helpful. It's so easy to pop in and the staff really try to help.
Josh, especially, was exceptionally patient and helpful working with me on an Amazon return issue.

Went to make a drop-off, only dropping off. Store hours are posted for a reason. Why was the door locked well before closing time? One of the employees kept their head down and wouldn’t acknowledge me at the door. I sat in my car returning messages and I watched both employees get in their vehicles at 5:01pm.
One of the employees is the same from the last time I entered the store and proceeded to watch him be so rude to the customer in front of me.
I won’t be returning to this location.

The store completed the service I required, however there was a line and I had to wait a long time to reach the attendant.

Stopped by 3 days after sending by something certified mail. Still no tracking information available from USPS. Rude employees and a clear demonstration that they have no clue on how to do their actual job. Went confronted why after 3 days that there still isn’t any tracking information available, I was told it’s not their issue and that it can take a long time before something shows up in USPS tracking.
Everyone, do yourself a favor and go straight to USPS. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your stuff getting lost.

Had to get some papers notarized, was pleased that I could show up without making an appointment and how the employees were flexible with my case. Got the job done and even had a random dude waiting in line / another employee sign off as the 2 required witnesses on my notary paper

A guy there was not helpful whatsoever. Quick to turn you down when accepting packages with a QR code, clearly the company said to bring it in unpackaged. Now I drive back to get a bag to put it in. When a gal there grabbed me a bag before and did it for me.

Rude employees , was inly mailing a key and had an option to mail it for 15$ and take a week or $150 and take 2 days . What a scam … just got to usps instead

These employees work extremely hard to accommodate every customers needs and the confusion about no box no label vs customer packed is not very hard to understand to take anger out on these poor hard working individuals is absolutely sickening and nobody should get upset over a taping charge or a packing charge or whatever charge it may be amazon sets out rules and policies these guys are just simply following and they're running a business we can't expect free services when everyone knows nothing is free best group of employees and owners I've ever met keep up the great work ❤️

The reviews on here about rude employees are sadly accurate. I went here for years and didn’t have issues until lately and it’s been very different. The issue I ran into seems to be around Amazon’s changing rules for returns, which is outside of UPS’ control, and I understand that, but a negative customer experience is not outside their control and inconsistent rules between stores. The employees are very rude, and I was even told previously not to tape Amazon returns where you pack it yourself because they need to check if it’s packed securely, and then an employee recently got very snippy that it wasn’t taped, printed the tracking receipt and put it in my face and said read the instructions again when I explained I was previously told not to, and then treated me rudely the rest of the time as well. I have been to other UPS stores since who have happily taped the box (which I was prepared to pay for) without a charge or treating me rudely. I wrote an email to the store email as was requested for other negative reviews regarding the issue and followed up, all before reviewing, and have received no reply. Adding charges, treating customers rudely, and not replying when emailed a out issues are the reasons for this one star review.
