Called today to see if we could get an estimate for our truck that had hail damage. I was told by the scheduler that they would not schedule an estimate because our insurance had already paid us for the repair. I told her we already had the cash and were willing to pay more or less depending on what they felt needed to be done, and she still refused to set up an estimate saying in her words “it’s a waste of our time” and that we had to schedule it for full on repairs without any estimate if we wanted to work with them, and then proceeded to tell me our insurance company probably only gave us half of what needed to be done. Extremely dismissive and rude (especially when she asked for no other information about what needed to be done or how much they had given us), and just not how people should be spoken to- especially when we are potential customers just trying to get information about how to get our vehicle fixed. If you want to be treated with respect, go elsewhere for your auto repairs.

Ted's Body Shop they do great work very trusting always done right from the get-go small shop but they do treat you well.

I haven't had work done personally, but I help a friend time to time at the adjacent shop.Hail, crashes, etc, they all come out looking like it's off a showroom. Sometimes they get cars from clients in other states. They are worth the wait.Don't waste money at other places, Ted's and his family run business are second to none.

Am I the only one who had a bad experience ? Lol the girl there tried saying it would be $2,000 for a replacement bumper then never called me to follow up, I went to Maacos and they said they could order it for $50-75. Way better. It was also run down with dog gates super sketchy

2019 Crosstrek- my sister hit a fire hydrant and tore a hole in the drivers side door. They did a great job, did it on time in 5 days, and for a great price. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Excellent work.Service: Body & Trim

My car was keyed on my hood, by mistake. My BFF fell with her keys in her hand and Boom! Straight across the hood! The car was only a few weeks old. Ted's told me the hood had to be repainted The scratch was down to the metal. Ted also had the best price out of all the estimates. It was finished in about 3 days as promised. Their work is outstanding!!!! I am very happy. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you!!!!!

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I've brought our F150 here a couple times and each time, Larry's known exactly what was wrong within a few minutes of looking at it. He's a wizard. Prices are extremely fair, and the quality of work couldn't be better. I wish I could leave 10 stars. Highly recommend.
