Go grocery shopping at 8 pm on a Saturday night. Not one check out lane is open. 3 employees standing at the front joking around. Have to check out with a cart full of groceries in self-checkout. Will never go to this Safeway location again

I'm not going to shop at a grocery store that locks their restrooms. If I have to pee in the middle of my shopping, I'm not gonna go to customer service and ask for a key. That's ridiculous. Today I left and went to king soopers. Next time I'm just gonna pee in the middle of their parking lot

This review is only about Jael. He has made incredibly inappropriate comments about women and is never friendly. Unfortunately, my latest interaction with him was at self checkout. The system prompted an employee to come help. As he walked over he rolled his eyes at me and said, “what’s the problem?”. I told him I wasn’t sure it just triggered the system to need help. He asked me if I entered my phone number in the wrong spot and I said no. He accused me of doing it wrong, even though I told him I didn’t. He walked away without saying anything to me.
I normally don’t complain about experiences as everyone deserves grace. Unfortunately, this is a consistent interaction I have with him, and although I avoid the lane he is at when I can, it’s not always possible. I hope management really listens to these concerns because he makes a lot of people uncomfortable.

I usually love this location but today I had a weird experience with the cashier Jael. He seemed upset by me and I’m not sure why. I asked for bags and I guess he didn’t hear me, he responded bluntly with “so do you want bags or not”. Then as he was bagging my groceries he kept placing them on the conveyor away from me so that I had to either reach over very far to grab them or would have had to go around every time to get my groceries. Then at the end there was 6-7 items that hadn’t been bagged and he hands me my receipt and says “have a good one”. So I had to poke the rest of my groceries into the ones that were already bagged. Just an all around odd experience and felt somewhat targeted but not sure why.

Alot of stuff on the shelf is not in its right spot. Whoever straightened things didn't really care. Produce is like Walmart quality. I miss HEB in Texas.

This store is a breath of fresh air since moving to the Springs. Really missed Publix and the like back home and this is the first proper grocery store we've been to in the area in over a year. Big clean store with great selection. Will be back

Jackie in the deli was so wonderful to help me out in a bind. She went out of her way to have deli trays made for me on a short notice. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated all she did.

I went there this morning and went through self checkout. Some short red headed gal helped me and was so rude. Will never shop there again. Plus not the first time I felt this way from her. Probably gonna report it to corporate

This store shelves expired cat food! I have bought Fancy Feast Savory Puree from this store twice, and both times the expiration date on the package was past due by a few months. The first time I did not notice the expiration date until I got home, so I tried to return the item to a Safeway store at a different location and they would not take the item back even with the receipt.

5 star all day! Steven you and your 2 cashiers changed my whole nite I can’t tell you thanku enough and we will definitely be back it’s worth the drive! I will NOT go back to circle they lost a customer but YALL ROCK!! Thanku again and I hope you have a great thanksgiving!

I'm very disappointed by they way my family was treated by the cashier Luann today. First, she seemed annoyed that we had interrupted her chatting with another employee. Next, my husband started putting things on the belt and she proceeds to tell him the "right" way to put things on the belt and then she rearranged them roughly. Next, my husband made a mistake (after being flustered by her rudeness) of putting the wrong phone number in for the rewards card and she acted for annoyed for the inconvenience. I understand when a person has a bad day but the complete nastiness this woman exhibited to my husband was uncalled for.
