I'm so tired of their computer system having wrong information and selling the wrong parts. In this case it was a Silverado heater hose, bulk hose, computer lists size as 1/2in. Nothing about the help isle connectors for the heater core attachment or that the actual size is 5/8in. If you don't know O'Reilly don't lie to your customers. Can't get my money back on bulk hose either. O'Reilly (oh really) is just a waste of space.

If you go to this store and you are Latino, do not approach the manager, his name is Michel. I went and bought a transmission part for 800 dollars, but it was too late to install it. The next day, when I see the part, I realize that it was used and I went to this one. It tends to be the one that suits me the closest and it was bad luck for me that I had to be assisted by this person who, since I greeted her, gave me a face of rejection and ugly actions, told me that she couldn't help me and put a notice in all the stores. They wouldn't accept that piece, so I had to hand in the same piece as if it were old to recover $300, so my advice is if you buy an expensive piece, check it out and if you go to this store and you're Latin, avoid this lady.

Called in a order for a part two times they have not followed through for the parts I ordered I even asked to pay for it so I get guaranteed it will arrive was given a time came in oh the part I ordered can’t find talking to me like I’m stupid get real

I went to the Academy store to buy brake lights for my 2015 Acura MDX and the store employees including the store manager installed the brake lights for me without charging me for the installation. I found this store super friendly and willing to help me. I appreciate the exceptional customer service. Thank You

Ordered 9 spark plugs, turned out 3 of them were used and not the same brand. O'REILLY, I had already reached out to you. Don't know what you want to know considering I had already called customer service about the issue which they said they couldn't do anything about it so thanks for the waste of time and trying to appear as if you care when you don't.

They suck when you need to return a defective oil drain pan. Nothing we can do they say. Don't but the 10 quart oil drain pan. As a matter of fact don't shop there!!!! Wait they are good at price matching though.
