“It's nice that they are open on Sunday. I was able to get online at 10 pm Saturday night and get an appointment for just after they opened this morning. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that I got about 2 miles up the road and my check tire light came on again. I was able to check the pressure and both were over inflated by almost 8 lbs. After letting some air out I was able to get the light to reset. Other then that small thing it was an overall good experience.”

Byler was attentive, quick and thorough with looking at my wipers and although they didn’t need to be repaired, he took the time and care to share with me what to look for and features on my current blades that made them hold up so well. I am beyond appreciative for this excellent customer service and educational moment! Super professional which I loved! When the time comes for my wipers to be replaced I will 100% be coming back!”

“Being an older single female, I’ve had my share of scams, including several related to having my car serviced. Always apprehensive when trying a new one, I made an appointment with BEST WEST TIRE and SERVICE. After the visit, my concerns vanished. Been in CO Springs for two years now, and Best West is absolutely the greatest and most professional Auto Care establishment around!! They took time to explain EVERYTHING to me, without being pushy or trying to make a sale! I felt comfortable the entire time. Wonderful experience!! I was visiting family in the springs from out of state. We had an emergency mechanical failure on my vehicle and they were able to take me in at a moment's notice. The technicians were thorough and found the problem I was having with my power steering and were able to fix it. The next day as we were leaving we noticed a loud knocking sound from under the car (something to do with the suspension). We called Harry's back and they were able to bring my car in. As soon as they opened up. They spent several hours going over every inch of the car's suspension and even found another small leak and the power steering that they had not noticed before. They fixed that leak and checked everything from the strut, to the ball joint, to tie rods, bearing, control, arm, etc. They worked for hours on it and could not find the source of the knocking. They were able to guarantee me though that it would get me back home in one piece. They were thorough and explaining that they had checked every last nook and cranny of the suspension and all major components that were part of it. That gave a lot of Peace of mind. After finishing up getting the explanation, I handed the owner my credit card and just said put it on here. He refused to take payment because they could not diagnose the direct problem. I've never seen such a group of honest technicians in an honest business in all my life. If I have issues in the future I will definitely be heading to this business, even if I have to drive another 300 mi to get there. AAA++”

The one and only time something went wrong, stripped wheel studs, the manager did not hesitate to schedule the repair at no cost for me. I appreciate their attention to details and willingness to make things right. So long as I live in the area, I will always be a customer for the Powers and Constitution location.”
