The Kum and Go by my house is always poorly stocked on breakfast sandwiches so I thought I'd try this larger one with an advertised food market. (OOPS!) It was 5:30am and they had zero breakfast options for me (all I saw was a doughnut). At 6am they begin assembling what sounded like the same breakfast sandwiches that the others always carry. Maybe in the next life we can do business.

They closed their bathrooms at 8 at night. When paying customers have to use their bathroom, they refuse them. The blonde check that works especially tonight is a complete and total B... As for her employment.I pray it comes to an end.

What’s the point in serving sandwiches if you don’t have the meat to make them. I ask for a chicken panini, “all the chicken is in the burritos” ok how about a brisket sandwich? “Nah sorry no meat for that” now that your owned my maverick maybe they will whip y’all in shape.

Bought an xlarge Fountain Drink for my Husband which came to $ 2.04 cents, so I gave thar old Cashier the exact cash and she said " I hate Pennies", I thought she was joking but she told me she rounds up or down to a Nickel or a,Dime, told her she needs to go overseas because there are no Pennies. Who hires People like that? Her Coworker was definitely shocked by her response. That was my first time at an Kum & Go and if I ever visit one again I hope they don't have an old grumpy Employees there.

The store is very clean and has hot and cold food items. I it does not sell liquid creamer.

There customer service sucks..I have always gotten my gas and my coffee from this gas station cause it was convenient for me but never again after tonight!!

They never have anything in stock, gas pumps are down often, and ordering from the app is pointless as you will arrive and be told they dont have anything in stock.

Workers are incompetent and rude! (Except Gabe, he is awesome) Plus, they close the bathrooms at 8pm even if you’re a paying customer.

I' get my gas and coffee ONLY at Kum&Go. I stopped in this location at 4:10am, believing that a 24 hr place would be open. WRONG. the guys that work there, was in the store but it was locked, saying it will open at 5 am. . I do belive I will be finding another place. Seams like something is always going wrong .

Panhandling is out of control at these stores and overpriced items don't help when I now have to purchase bags as well! Nothing is affordable anymore! I put items back this time! If I can't carry it in one hand then you don't get my money! I'm just going to start ordering online!

Very poor customer service. Got yelled at by an associate, (Andre,) with false allegations of being banned by him, which never happened. Had he approached the situation with dignity, and respect about how what I was doing was unacceptable, I would have happily corrected myself. But no, this psycho started yelling at me, saying this and that, causing an unnecessary scene, like I said, yelling and threatening to ban me. What's sad, is that I have always enjoyed my visits to the Union n Boulder store. Tonight was the first time I have ever brought my new scooter to gas up. Andre falsely accused me of being thrown out of that store already, by mentioning that I was "that same guy with 'that' white scooter." Like I said, never been there before with said "white scooter."I Am baffled by how any self-respecting customer service associate would think of degrading themselves with exhibiting such an intolerant and angry attitude towards their very own paying customers.Seriously hope that I can return to this location without being screamed at and falsely accused of being "banned." Very absurd and ignorant way to hold oneself. He needs terminated.Daniel P.
