Even before I opened the doors I could hear loud music playing. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal but it had extremely inappropriate words. I tried to use the restroom but they were out of toilet paper and hand soap. I bought what I thought was a hot dog, it wasn't. It was a cheddarwarst. If I wanted one of those I would have bought one of those. When I asked the cashier if I could get a refund or just the hot dog, he told me it wasn't possible. Definitely not going back to this location.

They need to fire everyone working the front registers. Horrible customer service and I will not be coming back here ever again.

I went there to buy a soda and was treated like a homeless person and told to leave my loungefly purse and bags with over forty dollars of produce and Amazon packages and yarn at the door. I was embarrassed cause the yarn got tangled up. I am not homeless and i don't appreciate being treated as such. I won't be coming back for awile.

In my opinion, this is gas station is the rudest in the springs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Stopped by in the morning and the self serve ran out of receipt paper and did not print my authorization code for gas. The staff spent 10 minutes failing to replace the receipt paper before telling me I could just use the pump and not get charged. Not a great impression for the Maverick take over.

If I could give no stars I would. The cashier this evening around 530 is a huge jerk,she is rude,not any type of customer service at all. I've never been to a maverick and I will never go to any every again especially for gas. A code to pump gas then if you put the wrong code you lose your money? Wow. That's what I was told by the cashier. She never explained anything assuming that I had been here before. Then yelled at me that she didn't have cash in her drawer because I was putting 20 in one and 25 on pump 3 and said I had to spend more tha $60 to get cash back and all she has was some 20s,but gave me 40 from a scratch ticket I cashed. I'm so disappointed. I want kum n go back.

Store was a mess and the guy working the counter this morning was incompetant. I was second in line, he told me to use self checkout and the self checkout didn't work. So I went from second in line, to tenth in line. I put my stuff back and left. Yeah, thanks for that. Now I don't get any food or caffiene this morning. I will be contacting corporate.

Gas pumps almost always are not working. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life.

bathrooms smelt amazing. Im suprised considering its angas station but this place wowed me with how clean they are. Felt like i was walking into a 5 start hotel or something lol.

This Kum & Go best one in town! Food made there always hot and fresh. Store really clean. Employees always so nice and friendly. Young lady in kitchen making food was very nice, thanked me, guy at checkout also very nice and thanked me.
