Our block is just in it for the money they don't care about their customers they don't reward loyalty.

I came in today and sat for a while hour to wait on ms.ellree. she had a issue with another gentleman who also didn't get seen. I expressed to her that the system was changing me another 718 .she said I'm not a it guy so I don't know.. I asked to view my documents so I can make sure everything was done correctly. She said she was going to get someone else. I'm asking to view my documents so I can make sure they are done correctly.
Please and thank you. I understand she had a rough day but to take it out on a client is unacceptable. Please call or respond with a date and time so I can view and sign for my taxes please

My significant other I “filed” here on February 7th. This is the worst experience I have ever had filing with H&R Block since 2018. We went in person to file with a tax pro who said they have 25 years of experience to trust them with our taxes. We went in multiple times due to the fact we couldn’t track our tax refund on IRS website. The tax pro kept telling us oh it’s submitted everything is fine. We tried to get a hold of the office manager who said would call us one day, but would be out of office the same day. I went to another H&R Block who realized what was happening, and they were able to get our stuff successfully submitted 27 days later after being told ours was submitted since day 1 which it wasn’t. I demanded for the corporate managers contact information, but they kept denying to give it. Don’t come to this location. I hope the corporate manager, Kevin Camper, contacts me properly since we can’t an exact way of contact.

I use Nancy every year she is outstanding. Happy person to be around. She answers all questions so you understand. Great customer service. It is worth every penny for this service.

Scheduled my appointment a month in advance. show up on time to wait 15 minutes to be asked if I need help and be told it'll be a minute by the person I am supposed to see. Waited 15 more minutes and watched one tax pro finish with a customer who arrived right before me and start helping their next. No line no rush hour! Still no sign of my tax pro I was supposed to work with at 1 pm. Mediocre service at best

Scummy company gets scummier with every passing year. new this year: Refusing to let you file Federal taxes until the state is accepting e-file returns. every year in the past they would just submit the state taxes when they were being accepted without holding up the entire process for your Federal taxes.

Horrible experience, I went to pick up my paperwork I didn’t feel comfortable with them filling my taxes was told to wait in line, just to get my documents back had to make an appointment just to get my paperwork back. Trash worst tax place in town.

Was told my refund would appear on the emerald card in 24-48 hours. After a week I called to find out that what I was told would not happen. Horrible service and experience. Save your money and time. Do it yourself.

Simply do not go here. Was told by Tammy that our Airbnb was “not going to be worth it after taxes” Before she even began. We had questions as this is our first year having a STR and because of her rude comments and demeaning tone we absolutely will not be doing business with HR or Tammy.
