They advertise that they participate in the guaranteed trade value for Subaru owners to use the value given by Subaru but will not honor it. Then admit they advertise and still refuse to honor the program because they are not “Subaru.” Buy anywhere else. Anywhere.

Great service as always. Michael was super helpful in the leasing process and ensuring everything was taken care of before, during and even after we took the car home. The delivery team was great as well when I came back and did my follow up appointment on the car. Thanks for getting me into my second Subaru!

We just bought our second Subaru from Heuberger. We trust them to be honest & not high pressure, with a huge selection to chose from. We live in Pueblo but would rather make the drive to Colorado Springs to ensure that we get a good deal from a dealership that is reputable and won't try to rip us off. We don't trust Pueblo dealerships.

I HATE to buy cars. Pressure, half truths, etc., has made past experience depressing. This was not the case at Heuberger. Andrew was my salesperson and he was OUTSTANDING in every respect. I decided on a Crosstrek Wilderness and he knew every inch of the car and explained everything to allow me to leave feeling safe. The young lady in finance was also outstanding in that she explained various packages but didn’t try to ram them down my throat. I am totally satisfied with Heuberger and would recommend them unconditionally to anyone looking for a Subaru.

I've only ever had great experiences here! The service advisors are always communicative and the service is fast and reliable. Elijah helped me this morning and was awesome. The entire staff from scheduling to valet is top notch. I would highly recommend the service and parts teams!!

When you go, get Harry Schultz for your car salesmen. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru brand, is not a pushy salesman, asks really good questions to help you find your best fit to get you into the Subaru best for you. My wife and I went last Saturday on a mission to get a Subaru, and Harry was fantastic! He helped us test drive the three Subarus we were interested in then helped us process the best fit. If you want a Subaru, go to Huedeberg and ask for Harry Schultz!

Took longer than I anticipated when I came in but it all worked out and I am happy with my new Forester. Traded in a 10 year old Forester and it is like night and day now having Starlink and satellite radio. Also Joey Worley did a great job as my salesman.

Always have a great experience no matter what I'm visiting for. All the staff are super friendly and take the time to explain everything. I never feel pressured to get something I don't need. I get all my vehicle maintenance done here and feel confident I'm getting quality service. I give a special thank you to Timmy, who helped me with a recent vehicle purchase! He made the process pretty smooth and answered all the question I had. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase from beginning to end.

My recent experience at Heuberger’s Subaru in Colorado Springs was top-notch in every way. I bought on May18th, a 2024 Sports Model 2024 Forester to replace my 2010 Forester which I purchased at Heuberger’s in Aug. of 2009. I was in need of a new car with all the safety features. I appreciated very much working with internet sales person Rick and then Aubrey and finance person Brittney. No one was ever pushy, and they totally understood me as an older Senior needing to buy or lease a new car. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Heuberger’s is fortunate to have such fine employees. I am a huge fan of Heuberger’s and will only go there for service. As a widow, I need people I can trust, and those kinds of people work at Heuberger’s. They are caring for me after my purchase to make sure I am receiving proper care and attention as I adjust to my new, fantastic Forester.Thank you! Ann S.
