I referred a co-worker to this location and was never told that I needed a referral number for my co-worker. She provided my name, dob, and phone number. The people there did not tell her to have me get a referral number for their records and made it seem like that was all she needed. I called to ask about the referral and was told I should have done this and that first. The whole time my co-worker was sitting there, I could have done as asked, but nobody told us. Now I lost out on the refer a friend. I have two more people I would like to refer, but I am not sure I would send them to this location.

Tracy is very knowledgeable and helped me make better decisions with my future tax needs that should save me money in the long run. I'm happy I was recommended to her. She had my taxes prepared and made the process very simple when I arrived.

Tracy is AMAZING! She is professional, knowledgeable and honest. She and her team are wonderful to work with. Her communication is fantastic and is always willing to answer questions and give explanations. My husband and I have been going to her for the past 5 years and will go no where else! This location is excellent. It was easy to make my appointment. My tax preparer, Shirley, was amazing. She is clearly very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions & was a true professional. Her many years of experience was seen clearly throughout the entire appointment. She's a rockstar. :) Because of how great she was, I made my appt for next year already! I left with a copy of my tax return in hand (which never happened at the accountant I used to go to) & everything was e-filed with the IRS. The cost to get my taxes done was super reasonable too. I would HIGHLY recommend H&R Block & Shirley to anyone who's looking to get their taxes done in a timely & professional manner.

Never again, H&R Block!The lady at the front was very kind and welcoming, but that’s pretty much where it stopped. Not sure what was wrong with our tax professional, but he seem to have an attitude with us from the beginning. He then argued about which mileage I could claim as an independent contractor. We should’ve got up and walked out, but stayed and continue through our taxes, figuring they have to get done. However, when I returned home, decided to throw things in to TurboTax myself to see. Yeah, the numbers were only a couple hundred different but I could’ve save myself a lot of time and energy and some money.

Shirley Whitehead is THE person to go to for your taxes. She found a mistake made by another tax professional, helped me correct it. She is so friendly, patient, and she obviously knows what she is doing.
