When you hear "family-run auto sales" you can expect one of two main experiences: a disaster of an experience or the best experience you've had. H&H is the latter and was such a joy to buy from.
I'm 32 years old and somehow never financed a car before. The process has always felt intimidating and out of reach. Well, I have a new baby and I needed something with better safety features.
I researched the used vehicle model I wanted and then scoured sale sites for the right match. It came up when H&H had a new listing for exactly what I wanted. My banking institution of choice didn't get me approved for what I wanted, which was a big bummer, but I financed through H&H themselves. They got me be a better approval than I would have had with my first choice!
I drove away in the used vehicle I wanted, with a better monthly and APR than I thought I would get. So many thanks to Spencer and the rest there. He was very patient and friendly while I went through the steps of financing a car for the first time. I love the car I got, my experience buying a car was FAR better than I had been expecting, and I would absolutely recommend H&H to anyone who might want to try for a used car!

Awesome service! Spencer was great he had everything ready for me once I came in. The process was super easy no major issues. The vehicle was priced accurately and all details about the vehicle were exactly as said. Me and my family are excited about our new vehicle.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! cannot thank Joe enough for helping me out today and getting me set up with 4 brand new tires! Fantastic experience with really awesome people. Spencer was an absolute delight to work with, and H&H isn't pushy like other dealerships. Spencer worked with my fiancé to get him into his dream car for an affordable rate, and the process was stress-free and easy. Will 100% come back for future auto and tire needs.
