Let me begin by saying, the nail techs that work here are a lot older and definitely do not know how to do nails in this generation. They need to hire certified nail techs with experience of this generation! Especially for what they charge. If I could give no stars… What I asked for vs what I got was absolutely terrible. My set alone for a mani pedi full set came out to 150$..without tip mind you. I had to ask to go back in and get them ‘fixed’ and the outcome the 2nd time is just as bad. I’m most definitely not satisfied with the service they provided. Please go to a different nail salon and do not waste your money here because what they think is great is actually a nailtrosity.

If you're here looking at reviews you already know you should not be giving this place any of your business!! I went here because it was convenient and needed my acrylics off and just wanted a gel manicure. How hard can that be? Well.... apparently very hard for them. They didn't even get all the old acrylic off before painting them with the new gel. Lumpy McLumpsters they are!!! And just overall a terrible paint job. My husband could've done better. But yes I smiled said "looks good" and left as fast as I could LOL $60 wasted

Please for the love of God don't go here worst nail salon in COS. If I could give it 0 I would. Honestly just look at the reviews spent about 170 on pedi and mani. Terrible experience. Never will be returning. Nail and jewels fell off within 12 hrs and had them completely removed and taking off within 24.

Nails broke, flaked off top layer, and jewels fell off all within 24 hrs...what did I spend $160 for? The toes so far are holding you but my acrylics were a joke. I want my money back ?

Please, please, please don’t go in. I had these done 2 days ago. I was not satisfied at all with the design. The price was too high for this set. What upset me most is the retention, its poor, looking like I’ve had them for weeks. They’ve already started to come up and my hair keeps getting stuck on them. It’s painful, inconvenient, and pricey for a ridiculous job .

This is the worst nail salon experience of my life! The whole time I got my pedicure, the employees spent screaming and fighting with each other over who got customers first. The lady doing my nails kept trying to up sale me and my daughter and telling me how bad my feet were and to top it off, my pedi was horrible! Polish still wet 2 hours later!

This is quite literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The man did a horrible job, and ripped my nails apart. I had bloody, missing nails. He was so rough. I would never ever go to this nail salon. Don’t waste your money. All they did was talk about me and how I was complaining about my nails being ripped. I should have stuck with my gut and walked out halfway through.

They can’t do nails. I wish I would’ve never paid but I just wanted to hurry up and get out of there to cry. I hate my hands so much!!! My toes are sloppy but my hands is what making me cry!! Then got the nerve to press for a tip. I wish I could get my money back my birthday is ruined ??? I asked for square btw.. no oil or lotion.. idk y’all I’m so sad

DO NOT STEP FOOT HEREi visited 2 times in my life here and every time i get my nails done i’m disappointed. they are terrible with shaping, coloring, sizing. they have been in business for quite some time and still don’t know how to properly do nails even if it’s simple. you might aswell get a 9 year old to do ur nails if you want the same quality they give. If you’re reading this please take classes on nails because there should be NO reason why men who know nothing about nails are saying “They look bad”

I went in because my first experience was amazing. I had broke a nail in a week. So I get paired with an older gentleman. Safe to say I am not thrilled with leaving with my nails looking awful. I have globs of glue from the refill, paint everywhere. And the nail that I originally went in for has a large gap from the lack of attention to detail. It looks like it has been on there for weeks. It looks like it grew out. I am not happy at all.

Really nice people just didn't feel like the person I had did my pedicure that well. The nail polish was not done very well and didn't seem to care and paid extra for the deluxe pedicure. I was going to get a manicure but because of how the pedicure went I ended up not getting one.
