Just want to give these guys a big thank you! They went out of their way to help me, it is greatly appreciated because that’s rare now a days. A big thank you to Dennis for giving me a ride to my hotel! The regional service manager that was there at the time7/2/24 was a big help too. This is the finest truck service center in the country. Each and every member of their team were exceptional professionals last week when I had an emergency on the road in needed help with. Highly recommend this team.

Very friendly group of people. Nice facility for drivers. The only issue I had was that repair stops around 3:30 p.m. there's no second shift to get the driver back on the road. However there is a Super 8 right across the street with laundry. So I used the downtime as best as I could

I purchased a jet step deck trailer from Jace Hayes out of Fountain Colorado. We completed the transaction at the commerce city location. Jace and the entire staff at Commerce city were great to work with! I would definitely recommend doing business with them. It was probably the best buying experience I’ve ever had. I was privileged to meet Chris Bruckner during my time there and it was evident that the way they do business is the reason that they have been successful

Austin and Dennis have always been willing to help me. I'm constantly having DEF problems... they always take the time to find the source of the problem. Don't take your truck to Kenworth or anywhere else they'll just put the wrong oil in it on a service. I do agree, the prices are a bit high with other reviewers.

We took our RV to Bruckner’s in Fountain, Colorado, to have the alignment checked on the front tires. The gentleman was so accommodating and checked everything with my husband and said we didn’t need an alignment at all. He informed my husband what the inflation on all tires should be and what to check and then sent us on our way with no charge! Truly great customer service and we would recommend going to Bruckner’s if you have any questions about RV tires. Thank you.

Never used these guys before was highly recommended by another company. I met with Robert M in the parts department and showed him a truck that i was told parts are near impossible to get, he found the correct part that was then brought down an hand delivered the next day! Robert has went above an beyond with parts an supplies for our operation. He is honest an knowledgeable about all makes of trucks, im very glad that we use them an i can count on them without fault! I have used others and they fail in comparison to these guys, thanks for the reliable service he has proved and provided.

We are full-time RVers, pulling our 5th wheel with a Volvo 670. We had an emissions problem as we traveled across Colorado and found Bruckner’s in Fountain. This is a very professional truck repair facility! Dennis (service manager) and Austin (tech) were both fantastic to work with. We asked Austin to really dig into our issue and help us resolve it so we wouldn’t have more issues down the road, and he did just that. They were experts at diagnosing and repairing our truck. Great communication throughout. We highly recommend Bruckner's Mack.

Robert is hands down one of the best in the business. I’ve been working with him since I started at the United States Truck Driving School. He’s always eager to get my parts and always gets the best price he can. I don’t hold it against him for working at rush. Dennis in service has treated us well, taking care of small issues we've had on our new Mack as quick as he can. Hopefully they can do Cummins motor work under warranty soon for Colorado Springs folks vs. going to Denver. Clean, updated facility.

This is 1one expensive place I had my own parts radiator&sensor and just need to replace my radiator & deferential rear axle temp sensor 8hrs work $1,930.50 charge yes paid I had no choice but in other places this is parts included price
